I stay here every month for business and every time I’ve had stellar service and a great experience. Staff is incredibly kind, helpful and professional. Property is clean and breakfast is yummy! Highly recommend.

Clean hotel, the jacuzzi had hot water even though it was already chill weather. Good breakfast options.

My room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced over my 3 night stay. I had to go to reception to grab some . Carpets on the hallways are dirty. I cant believe Marriot allows this faults on the brand regulations.

The place was dirty, especially outside. The staff were sullen at best. They charged an extra $100 pet fee that seemed excessive to us. The breakfast was substandard. Coffee was good though.

Overall, the room was very clean. The room was very comfortable to stay in. Staff is very very friendly. The only complaint was there was not enough food when I went down to have the continental breakfast.

Had no water when I arrived. Additionally, did not offer early check-in or respond to my request for early check-in even though I asked a week in advance.

There is very little sound isolation between floors, I could hear the guest above my room walking back and forth @ 6 AM, which wasn't the best for my sleeping in. If I stay there again I'll book a room on the top floor.
Parking requires a $5 per day fee, which despite ******* showing a "real price" wasn't included, and there didn't seem to be any real reason for this except to make more money and hide the actual cost of a stay as every hotel is required by code to have X number of parking spaces for each room, so it's just another corporate shell game. I doubt that they even bother to enforce it, so maybe that's on me too.
Staff was friendly and efficient, no complaints there, and the hotel was clean. I didn't use the exercise room or pool so I can't comment about those.
