Room was clean, nice amd quiet. Service was courteous and polite.

They have good weekly prices the rooms are clean and spacious

Too expensive for a room where the TV wasn't much bigger than my boots. The air conditioning unit didn't get cold at all. So that was my first and last time staying there

I am a navy man and have an honorable discharge. A great place for a single man like me to have a cleaned room once a week. Fresh linens and towels always. A comfortable and clean home away from home. Been here for three years. Paul.

We didn't get any breakfast. There was a big group of people that came down together and it was all gone before we could even get any. But we had coffee.

The staff were very accommodating and wonderful. Rooms were big and clean. Definitely will stay there again.

The motel is good, but it just needs to be clean more. Dirt behind the toilet, the room just needs extra cleaning

Overall a great stay. Hotel a little beat up regarding its look. Needs some good "makeup" to make it look sexy again. Back door wasn't working properly (key wasn't working).

Location and price were good, but facilities are old, smells like **** and smoke, is not that clean and there are no standard services like room cleaning or breakfast. I wouldn't stay here again.

Over promise-under deliver I booked this hotel because it said it had a hot tub, however, on check in I was told it was not workng but "there were cookies" I requested a discount because the only reason I booked there was because of the hot tub. She just smiled and ignored my request. I went to get dinner and when I returned asked if I could get my cookie and was told they were all gone. Morning...

Loved the space in the room. The pool was a huge hit with our family. Parking was spacious and had many options. Hotel is in a really convenient spot, less then 5 minutes from many shopping and food options. Rudy’s is across the street if you want a fast and good option. Front desk staff was a little on the edgier or abrasive side. however the cleaning ladies and staff at the breakfast were so kind...

Location! Great location for access to West Side El Paso and Franklin Mountain State Park

The hallways, lobby and linens were very nice and clean! The bed was terrific! The furniture and fixtures were worn but ok. Staff was very pleasant.

The room was ok. The toilet didnt work properly, we tried to move to another room but none where available.

pet friendly but not a ton of good space for dogs to use the bathroom. room was clean. building was quiet and peaceful. room was kind of small for price but we were only there one night so it did its job.

Check in was fast. The place is obviously being remodeled. The bed is queaky. I showered and as i was putting on my socks i was coming up abd hit my head pretty hard on the corner of the sink. That is being remodeled. Its not even finished and there should have been precaution or sometime of safety on the corner of the sharp end of that sink. I have a bump on my head due to it. The hotel was a very convenient option to stay close to the El Paso outlet mall and other shopping options.

Service was impecable. Rooms are deteriorate it and smells moldy. Rooms need an urgent update. Specially bathrooms.

Honestly the staffing is amazing! The hotel needs fixing for sures but the staff she was amazing!

Though the hotel is dated and smelled in the hallways, the rooms were clean and smelled clean. The staff was efficient and pleasant even for a really late check in. They did great.

The room was acceptable but the towels smelled and didn’t look like they were washed. A lot of shady people around the hotel.

No laundry room available. The place needs some work and more skilled maintenance people.

Staff is great it’s the property that looks like a ghost town wires hanging from ceilings or walls no washer n dryers you get what you pay for but I think it’s over priced for what you get not the fault of the staff it’s whoever owns it

Definitely 😁 camper. Very warm and hospital ambiance that makes your stay a totally different experience. After getting scammed out of a home, been staying at hotels til I get home back but tried other hotels and decided to switch it up was not comfortable and came here and feels like I can breath and feels like a home away from home.. Location Location Location The 2 bedroom suite was like a luxury apartment! The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was delicious!

All good, except for the parking fee. I have stayed here a few times before and there was no such charge.

THey did have a little fix up going on but it never interfered with our stay. Breakfast was always plentyiful and it was quiet, even with our room bing by the highway. This is the first time i had to pay to park at a hotel, so that was disappointing.

Mostly everything was as expected for being a holiday inn. Just a bit noisy as it next to the freeway.

It's so noisy on the highway, even if I live on the 9th floor. Breakfast is pretty good~

The guy at the front desk is very friendly and will go out of his way to write down delicious menu names for you.
