The hallways, lobby and linens were very nice and clean! The bed was terrific! The furniture and fixtures were worn but ok. Staff was very pleasant.

The room was ok. The toilet didnt work properly, we tried to move to another room but none where available.

pet friendly but not a ton of good space for dogs to use the bathroom. room was clean. building was quiet and peaceful. room was kind of small for price but we were only there one night so it did its job.

Missing one bedside lamp; some electric sockets didn’t work including USB ports in the lamps; current to the charger in the table lamp turned off by the wall switch at the entrance to the room.

there was a bright light in the parking lot shining in the room, but there was no blackout curtain;

breakfast offerings were limited, and the coffee was pretty bad.

Staff was helpful and did find us a second bedside lamp.

Would probably be wary of this chain in future.

Check in was fast. The place is obviously being remodeled. The bed is queaky. I showered and as i was putting on my socks i was coming up abd hit my head pretty hard on the corner of the sink. That is being remodeled. Its not even finished and there should have been precaution or sometime of safety on the corner of the sharp end of that sink. I have a bump on my head due to it. The bed is nice and pillows too. However the lre was too much like coming through the window and and bathroom.

The hotel was a very convenient option to stay close to the El Paso outlet mall and other shopping options.

The staff was very friendly and helpful but the room felt very unclean. Stains on the curtains, a large stain on the mattress that looked like blood, peeling wallpaper, the tub looked unclean as well.

Service was impecable. Rooms are deteriorate it and smells moldy. Rooms need an urgent update. Specially bathrooms.

Filthy bathroom-dirty towel behind the door, hair and makeup on the floor. Half eaten ice cream in the freezer. No TV remote and it took three requests to get one.

The tile floor area which is small is a hazard it was so slippery you could fall and hurt yourself.
