The Crossroads Hotel & Suites in Irving

This place is disgusting, it doesnt deserve one star. For the fact that children are here they need to do a better job at cleaning everything! If it wasn't for friend that needed help I wouldn't step foot near this hole.

Hated this place. Booked by mistake only. Crosslands was my intended destination. Roaches. Mildew ceilings, walls, refrigerator, bathroom and tables. Bed bugs. Dirty linen. Smelly carpet. Cardboard beds. Tv doesn't work. Phones look contagious to touch. Pissy couch and chairs. Spiders gallore! Dust blankets the entire room and vents. Throw up covered the bathroom door entrance. Construction dirt and cement dust throughout the entire room. Woman's hair in and around tub. I asked for a refund- a was escorted to another room with similar nasty conditions. Then to another room with exact conditions. And later i was told it's my fault for choosing to stay here.....customer service is awful and inconsiderate! Prostitutes outside all night. Drug transactions throughout the parking lot. Barefoot & diaper only children left unattended to play in traffic. I request towels from manager that he never brought. I couldn't shower(preferred not to anyway). Says non smoking room- but there's ashes and cigarette burns all over! Manager says meet him at the location@11am for a talk he never showed up, I'm still here waiting and its after 1pm.........i want my money back!!!!!!!!

I am going to break this down into Parts as to why it was horrible and why my stay was great:
1. my stay was horrible because the first room I was given was 121 there was a urine on the side of the toilet and it smelled horrible

2.then I was transferred to Room 122 where the keypad lock battery had went out

3.and then I was transferred to room 157 was the king suite with whirlpool I ordered some disinfectant wipes just to wipe everything down even though it was already clean 157 was great I thought it was nice for what I paid for until in the middle of the night around 2:58 a.m. I was awoken by a horrible leak in the restroom water was everywhere I called the front desk and for her being so sweet she actually brung over a bunch of towels to try to help me stop the leak and I definitely appreciate it that I then left that morning if it was not for the staff being as sweet as they are I would definitely rate this place a zero.

Definitely stay for the whirlpool as the water was amazing and relaxing

I stayed here a few years back and I have not been back ever again in my life! Things might have changed but looking at the reviews it doesn't look like it. I say that because a previous review say that the housekeeping will steal your belongings. That is exactly what happened to me. I was a single mom with my daughter and I ended up having to take my daughter to school one morning and the last bit of money I had to pay for a week's stay I left it under my mattress not knowing that housekeeping with coming in they weren't supposed to and they stole the last I had. It was only one housekeeping Indian guy. But God saw me through! I wouldn't recommend staying somewhere where there's no integrity!

Our first room was very dirty! Toliet had not been cleaned and sheets had stains. After complaining they gave us a better room. Rooms are currently being renovated so maybe they will get better in the next few months. Lots of people live here. More of an extended stay hotel than a one night place.

This place is so gross! The place is not well kept up and the towels were DIRTY! I mean the first one had stains all over it and the second one had one big black stain where you could tell they used it...I called front desk to request more towels, to have the rep tell me he’ll get us some when housekeeping gets here at around 10am. I’ve worked at a hotel before, this is definitely not how I would want to leave a review for one but this one I feel the need to write this.

The worst part about being here wasn't the mice, it was the constant remodeling next door, and hammering right next to my bed. I had a 2 room suite for $300 A week. It's quiet and no riff raff seems to be going on. The red rubber thing in the freezer not sure about, I guess so it won't make ice. Water was off entire day. And the toilet and pipes are loud all night and day. But I peeked in the remodeling one next door, and they will be nice once they are through.
