Staff was amazing. Concierge staff was 5 and was instrumental when my phone broke in facilitating the shipment my new phone and keeping it charged on a bed when it couldn’t be charged from the port. Will def stay here again when in Dallas

Good hotel, but the cost is quite high. For a business hotel where you'll only shower, sleep, and leave, it's expensive.

We stay there and I was disappointed in the room we were in bc we had limited space due to an extra table they had the refrigerator on. I made a complaint and didn’t receive any incentive for our inconvenience! They blamed it on housekeeping. It’s not worth the price. I’ve stayed at an Aloft for 120 dollars and it was nicer. Booked this hotel for my family of 4 and it was amazing! We ordered room service as soon as we got there and the food was ready in 28 min and it was a big spread that we ordered. Was expensive but the quality was great. Even more was the decor and the design for the room amazing mood lighting and that tub was amazing. If I’m in the area again I will definitely get this hotel

The main draw of this hotel is the location and proximity to the airport. I had to stay here last minute, so the price was exorbitant. The room was incredibly spacious, but a bit dingy. Not a whole lot of lighting, but was comfortable enough for a night before my flight the next day. The breakfast at the hotel is pretty decent, though my room service food wasn’t great, especially for the price.

Excellent location if arriving at DFW Terminal D; the inter-terminal shuttle can take up to 30 minutes. Comfortable, well-sized room. Free morning coffee available in the hotel lounge is a nice touch. However, the shower was disappointing – non-adjustable head with limescale buildup and poor water pressure made for an unsatisfactory experience.

Best value for money hotel in the surroundings.

I requested the shuttle bus to pick me up twice and even though I communicated with them on social media, it didn't come for 2 hours. In the end, the Holiday Inn driver was worried and called out to me and sent me off. He took me to the airport properly. It was a shame because I booked it because there was a shuttle bus service, but the room was clean and the breakfast was good.

It's OK. It's close to the Dallas airport. There are also takeaway and restaurant services. You can choose to stay overnight during your layover.

Convenient Front desk check in was easy. I was worried about checking in late after our event. It was great and she was very nice! We will stay here again.

There was no mirror or lighting that made it easy for putting in contacts or makeup. Also, no full length mirror. Underneath the bedside tables there were big unattractive wires hanging down. Staff was very nice and attentive.

Very welcoming, and the airport shuttle is very convenient. Due to the hotel's location and price, the facilities and environment are not particularly surprising. But fortunately, everything is relatively clean, but the sound insulation is a little bit poor.

The only detail is that in some rooms there is no refrigerator or microwave and sometimes even though they ask for your rating to improve, they don't do it every time I have stayed in that place again, it remains the same, nothing has changed

Generally friendly staff and very clean...but not quiet and certain things make the place feel as if the renovation is not finished. The full 1 inch gap under the door allows in a lot of light as do the curtains. The noise level was consistently louder than it should have been. I would recommend it over Motel 6, but next time I will rebook at the Marriott TownePlace Suites for about 10 dollars a night...

Our stay was amazing. Picked up on time from the airport, and was brought back to the airport on time the next morning. Everyone was friendly and the room was very nice and clean. I would definitely do this again.

This hotel has had to be one of the best that I have stayed in in quite some time. The front desk were extreme helpful when needed, they’re very nice! Never had a problem with them! 10/10 recommend! The service is amazing! Restaurant, vending machines, drinks were cold, fitness room and pool!

Pleasantly surprised Needed a place to stay so I wouldn't be up driving late after a reception. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff went out of their way to get an iron and board for my wife to smooth out the wrinkles in her clothes before the reception.

For overnight layovers, you can call the front desk to book an airport shuttle. The pick-up took about 20 minutes (the front desk was very punctual). The drop-off service runs hourly, so you might need to book well in advance. The American-style hotel breakfast was average. It was sufficient for a one-night layover, and its value for money was excellent.

Amazing hostel in a more suburban location in Irving. Beds were made already, everything was clean, there is a place for laundry, breakfast is some of the better breakfast in American hostels, and the guys who work there are awesome! Josh and Jimmy really are some of the best people working a hostel I've ever met!
