Found old M&Ms by my bed on the floor. I liked the breakfast, that was nice. All the workers were great.

The room was clean and we saw a few roaches as if they had exterminated and they decided to come out because after that we didn’t see anything else. It was really quiet,the staff was nice. The breakfast was basic nothing facncy eggs and sasuage, cereal, waffle. The jacuzzi not working in the sense it didn’t get hot was a bummer bc that was why i booked it was basically 2 cold pools.

Was given an obvious handicapped room and was a bit appalled at the accommodations. There was zero vanity space in the bathroom - nowhere to put toiletries, etc... There was a shower chair on the far side of the bathroom, but that was the only flat surface in that bathroom.
The staff is friendly, if just a little stingy when it comes to their towels, etc....
There was only one trash can in the room at all. The air conditioner looked straight out of the 80s.
The spot where yhe electrical plugs were supposed to be for the nightstand was an open hole with wires hanging out of it.
To top it all off, the ac/heater quit working while we were gone on day 2 of our stay.

The place had roaches and smelled bad from the front door to the 3rd floor. As soon as we walked in there were roaches on the counter, but the smell came first. They gave us another room on the second floor, it didn’t smell like the 3rd floor and we saw no roaches. Only because we were dead tired we slept with our clothes on and showered the next morning. I will rather sleep in my car outside of the hotel if this place was the last place on Earth to stay.

Staff was nice location was good.I did not like the hotel The water got warm not hot so we had to take fast showers it was cold. The sink had a leak so when turned on water was everywhere had to put a towel to soak it up. I will not stay there again. You get what you pay for.

Missing pillows in room, red stain on floor that looked like it could be blood, window had no screen, room came with no body soap, bathtub had no drain stop, fridge was dirty, and the tv remote worked only 1/3 of the time

Nice very nice room staff was attentive had to change room but the one given to us was amazing after that all was great excellent breakfast thank you

Nasty, bed bugs, roaches, smelly..unpleasant staff
Horrible Horrible location.
Place needs to be SHUT DOWN….the worst part about the hotel is the location is great but this place needs to renovated and closed down immediately

Everything’s is ok expect room AC & before checkout hotels staff like to complain guest about water leakage in bathroom after shower.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. They must buy their good reviews because there is no way anyone would willingly give them more than a 2/5. They are so dirty and outdated. Their walls are SUPER thin. They definitely do not invest in pest control. Their AC didn’t work. Save your money. Go somewhere else. Not even a shower could make me feel clean there.
