When I explained they were breaking laws, they didn’t care.
The first room I received was dirty. The beds were not made and dirty towels were on the floor. The second room smelled like someone just got through smoking in it. There was no remote to the tv so we could watch tv. I had reservations for 4 in the room and they only gave me 2 sets of towels.
