The sink did not drain properly. The faucet did not have an aerator. The lights in the bathroom were very dim. The room was spacious; the bed was comfortable. HVAC worked good.

Breakfast was very limited. The room was filthy, especially by the window. The tv was broken and when we were packing up to leave there were a couple of bugs in the room. The first sign to leave was at check in when there were firefighters investigating the gas smell that was taking over the lobby. But after a day or travel we were tired and just checked in anyways.

When I got there they gave me a room that was not clean yet but did switch rooms the breakfast was not good at all

Our very first encounter with the staff member was not with a hello or welcome, but with a reminder that she would not check us in early. It was 2:34 pm. She was condescending and rude. The rooms were ready.
The room itself has dim lights, a torn curtain, a phone that was broken, and stains on the bathroom walls that I care not to think about. This is definitely one to skip.

Lubbock Trip
Ample parking, clean room and glad there was a shower in lieu of bathtub (senior citizen). The breakfast was disappointing (limited) and was sad there is not Senior Discount or AARP discount available.

The bed skirt was dirty. The mattress was brown. The box spring had the plastic corner half way off so it scraped your leg walking by.

I would not recommend this place. It smelled like rotten food when you walked in the front doors. Everything from floors, counters, and public spaces were dirty and were not maintained. The smoke detector battery was beeping in the middle of the night. We called the front desk, they had no replacement batteries, and asked what they were supposed to do. We informed them we couldn’t sleep with the noise. A guy came and ripped it off of the ceiling. It wasn’t replaced or fixed for the next 2 days we were there. The spa was broken and they said it had been like that for a while. There were old dirty and crusty socks in the gym. It was obvious they don’t clean or maintain anything.

Average hotel for the price. Owners or I’m assuming owners were rude and not helpful. We had 3 of us in the room with two queens couldn’t get towels and ultimately refused to give us them. I wouldn’t recommend

The price per night was inflated due to Texas Tech having a home game. The condition of our room was very poor - mold, peeling paint, torn curtains. The door doesn’t latch well. We couldn’t leave due to no other options available. Buyer be ware.

Breakfast looked ok but coffee was weak snd only warm. No fan on bathroom so foggy mirrors. Hold in our bathroom room ceiling and we could hear music from room above us
