The house has beautiful luxury vinyl plank floors in all areas of the home. The kitchen has new appliances and is fully equipped for any cooking you may want to do during your stay. This home has been completely renovated from the flooring to the bathrooms! Additionally, a new HVAC system will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
AMENITIES: bedding, linens, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, and conditioner are all on hand for your use as well as all the other usual amenities you would anticipate having in a hotel.
A Washer/Dryer (powdered laundry detergent is available).

Our place is 4 min to TTU, hospitals, dining, and shopping. Designed as a cozy-comfy retreat with a... colorful, luxurious Indonesian design. We provide all the things you desire: fast WIFI, elegant high-end furnishings, soft throws, high-quality beds(King bed and QN sofa bed), white noise, coffee, soft towels, Smart TV and a well-stocked kitchen with waffles. Just bring your overnight bag and get away. Take time to think in peace, and restore so you can enjoy your short or long visit.
The space
This unit has a full sized kitchen (washer and dryer within) and a separate large room for living and sleeping. A large bookshelf separates the sleeping area and the living area. The space also has a quaint private bath with rain shower head. There is also a cute private, fenced in side patio with propane lit crystal fire pit.
For sleeping, the unit has a king-sized bed in the sleeping area and a queen sofa bed. Please note there is no door to the sleeping area. Our unit provides high quality bedding for your sleeping pleasure, memory foam mattresses and cotton rich sateen sheets.
Living area has a 50” Smart TV. Nestle in on the queen sleeper sofa by the fireplace watching your favorite shows.
The kitchen comes fully equipped well organized kitchen easily accommodates your needs with: toaster, blender, food processor, mixer, pots, pans, and even a turkey roaster. Pantry basics and a lovely coffee bar await you.
Washer and dryer in the space.
The bathroom is stocked with fluffy towels and extras like cotton balls, q-tips, first aid kit, lint roller, and blow dryer.
Restaurants are plentiful, Orlando's is a few blocks away and the Kraft house is the best of urban down home. College town trendy boutiques are just minutes away. Nightlife has something for all between College Town and the Depot District.
