I’ve always had an excellent time at this property. Would highly recommend this place for travelers or even couples who want a weekend get away!

Room for the most part was great, the bathroom floor and shower were dirty . The bathroom sink looked gross because it looked as if someone had been sick in it and it wasn’t cleaned out properly. I informed management of it and I used the kitchen sink to brush teeth and was hands. I didn’t want someone coming in to clean what should have been done. Besides I drove all day to get there and need sleep...

The staff was courteous and accommodating! The room was quiet and clean.

Clean facilities. Great selection for breakfast, not too much, just the right stuff. Room had a very well organized kitchenette.

Excellent suite I have a King Suite. The room is spacious, comfortable and seems updated. The kitchenette has enough appliances/dishes/utensils to warm up food and keep things cold.

The shower was draining really slow and there was hair in the tub from a previous occupant. I asked them to take a look at it and they took care of it without any problems. Friendly staff, prompt response, much appreciated!

Room was nice but not as big as other suites we often get. Clean common areas and rooms, good breakfast, but key cards kept malfunctioning and had to keep walking all the way to front entrance with small children in cold weather. Asked front desk about parking lot cameras as I had valuables in pickup bed and they could not say whether they work or not and they can’t view them apparently. This caused...

Front desk ladies were great they had goos greeting when we walked to check in. Hotel was decent Hotel, maybe needed to update the room just a little on floors and the ac unit, the bed was comfy 😀, and wasnt a loud environment, and the price was a decent price to book. And hotel in a good spot to drive to certain stores in area, we would book agian it was a decent hotel

Front desk staff was so friendly and inviting. Room was clean but low flow toilet was a little bit of a nuisance. Room didn't have curtains, only a blind, which made me feel a little uneasy. TV needs updating. Price and location were good so overall not bad.

Front desk staff was definitely courteous & very helpful. It seems it's an older hotel but price was affordable, rooms were clean for the most part & beds were comfortable. That 's saying a lot from a person with back issues. I didn't wake with a sore back. One of the headboards had hand prints on it so we had to wipe it down. I always carry medical wipes for all hotel stays. LOL!!

Before booking this property, be aware that there is no elevator in the building. This should be an ADA violation. The only other issue observed during our stay is that the only working outlets in our room were the ones in the walls. If you need to charge any type of device, you must plug the adapter into a wall outlet which is hidden behind the furniture. None of the outlets in the lamps worked.

Staff was great, helped us in every way needed for my grandmother to be able to access everything without a trouble thank you all 🙏

Kevin, the manager, was very helpful and friendly. He did his best to ensure that my stay went well.

Kitchen was not ready for cooking. There was,no hot water when i checked at 630 am. There were no toiletries such as shampoo lotion body wash conditioner n 1 bar of soap that would even last even 1 shower. I went and ask for items and was told they dont provide them i must provide my own. They did allow me to check in early because i had flood af my house which i was grateful for. My keys didnt work...

The location was great. The room was just okay. Many standard room amenities weren’t available. The exterior door had a large gap at the bottom. Room keys quit working more than once.

As always the staff is so kind. Kevin is quick to answer any questions and help with any problems. The rooms are spacious, there's plenty of places to set your things without having to put them on the floor. Shower is hot beds are comfy. Full size refrigerator and a stove make it easy to not have to eat fast food. Great stay!

The sink did not drain properly. The faucet did not have an aerator. The lights in the bathroom were very dim. The room was spacious; the bed was comfortable. HVAC worked good.

Lubbock Trip Ample parking, clean room and glad there was a shower in lieu of bathtub (senior citizen). The breakfast was disappointing (limited) and was sad there is not Senior Discount or AARP discount available.

Average hotel for the price. Owners or I’m assuming owners were rude and not helpful. We had 3 of us in the room with two queens couldn’t get towels and ultimately refused to give us them. I wouldn’t recommend

Breakfast looked ok but coffee was weak snd only warm. No fan on bathroom so foggy mirrors. Hold in our bathroom room ceiling and we could hear music from room above us

Clean comfortable room. Fridge, microwave, desk. Friendly helpful staff. Hot breakfast was good. Nice selection and they restocked for the duration of breakfast hours.

For the price it was perfect. Room wasn’t as clean but it was okay. We need more towels but was told they didn’t have any extras.

Its not special by any means. But i wasnt expecting it to be. If you want nice, pay for it. Thats how things are. For us and the hotel staff

Good stay Was a good place to stay comfortable bed and clean. Unfortunately the shower 🚿 didn't work, so i had to take a bath. Would stay again but will need to check shower to make sure its in working condition.

The new manager is very helpful. She stopped us in the hall to talk with us about our stay. She helped us get moved to a room that worked out better for our family. We will certainly stay here if we ever get reassigned in Lubbock.

Check in was quick & easy, initially. But when we got to the room we noticed that it was a shower only, no tub. (We initially thought we booked a room with a tub). At check-in, Michael was extremely courteous and quick. He had friendly conversation with myself and my daughter and made us feel like welcomed guests. Thank you Michael for making this stranger feel like a friend.

The room was okay but needed a fresh coat of paint. Microwave smelled bad. The bathroom had rust all over the walls and the door was loud and hard to close. The carpet was dirty and not vacuumed.

Great staff at front desk, informative, and very polite despite the late hours. Room was very clean, spacious, inviting, and most of all thermostat works! Beds were comfortable, pillows could’ve been bigger, overall very pleased with my stay.

This has got to be the best stay in Lubbock. Dawn and David are welcoming hosts. It's small place, well located, and the home-cooked breakfast tops it off. We stayed in the 1950s room which was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool and using the hot tub. There is a bit of traffic noise, but we found it not too obtrusive.

The was exactly the experience I had hoped. The caboose was well equipped with an efficient heating system for a 27 degree night. The interior was immaculately clean with one of the most comfortable queen beds I’ve ever slept on. I was also impressed with the quality of the bedding. We spent 2 nights in the Caboose. It was awesome!!! There is a portion that is like a sitting room, with a couch and a small table with 2 chairs. This is the room with the sink, small refrigerator, and a microwave. The middle portion is where the tall bit of the caboose is and the Engineer(s) sit. It provides some storage places, and just past that is the toilet/sink area on one side and the shower...

Thanksgiving holiday was wee spent at The Woodrow House B & B in Lubbock! It was my 4 th stay and my Mom’s third. The president’s room is easy access for disability. Dawn and David are so enjoyable and Becky is a delight!

Fantastic hospitality, breakfast and rooms. We stayed in the caboose just to try something different. It was really cool. A friend stayed in one of the rooms in the house and it appeared perfect and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

We couldn’t check in until after 6pm due to maintenance issues. The bathroom/shower was functional but could use some quality repair work. An alarm of some kind possibly a fire alarm was going off in the early morning hours for quite a while but I didn’t see anyone in the hallway on the 1st floor to ask what was going on

The bathroom tub was filthy, not a lot of selections for breakfast. But good room and quiet. Great for the price in a pinch.

Good service. Decent Bed and Pillows. Decent water pressure. Limited breakfast items, but good. Elevator broken, not good for 2nd or 3rd floor guests.

The stay was EXCELLENT but the complimentary breakfast left much to be desired for those seeking a healthy, delicious, whole food cuisine.

Soft sheets, clean room, hot water, nice staff, free wifi and a varied selection for breakfast, at a decent price; what more could you want?

The receptionists were very nice. Hotel was clean all around. The pool was good but my daughter said the hot tub needed to be cleaned. The hotel location is off the main road enough it's quiet. Plenty of parking for all size vehicles. I never tried the breakfast so I can't comment on it.
