Staff was great. The room had a sewer smell all night long. Room is need of some upgrades.

Just a bit worn down, bathroom a bit dingy, fridge had no freezer. The only ice machine was not working properly and the staff member I told about it didn’t really seem to care. For a resort type area I was basically unimpressed with the hotel and thought it was going to be nicer.

Although we prefer a King bed, and prefer an elevator, we took the stairs to our assigned queen bed because this Quality Inn's location is what made this place desirable. Nice breakfast, Diana the girl that hosts the breakfast keeps it going well. Meagan the night shift girl is awesome. Mary Jo from the front desk always greets with a smile and Brooke the manager does a great job running this nice clean property. I don’t remember the names of housekeeping and other staff but they are friendly and helpful as well

We stay here several times a year when we overnight in Rockport. Will stay again as the rooms are clean and the location is great

Good The breakfast was good. Real food, nicely laid out spread with waffles and eggs and cerals. Only one hand towel, but other towels looked good for two people Bad Shower had bugs in the tub in the night and the morning. Had to put a chair in front of the door because the lock was broken. TV didn't work until I fixed it by bending the plug Radio power supply was missing and alarm

I booked this hotel super last minute and they were kind enough to let me check in around 6am with no problem at all. The family who runs it is very polite and welcoming you can tell they really care about their guests. The outside area is beautiful, and the pool was surprisingly nice and well kept. For only about $63, it was an amazing value. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area

Air conditioning wasn’t cooling well enough I had to set it at 60 to get the room cooler However, the air was already on when arriving so the room was cool upon entering.

Nice clean rooms. Not typical “luxury” but you can tell effort was taken to update rooms and keep them clean. Whenever we needed something staff was friendly and responsive. Overall very good rooms for price for an inexpensive weekend on the beach.

The Manager at night was very helpful. He gave me towels that the staff forgot to put in room. The pool was great!

Guest check in went well. The staff was very friendly. The mattress was a spring mattress and very uncomfortable.

I believe some updates should be considered, shower faucet was hard to shut, the vanity sink had a slow drain, shower curtain had mold need to be replaced. My window unit AC had visible gunk flowing out to outside ground looked nasty. If those simple task would of been dealt with I honestly had given an excellent!

Favorite Stay We stay here frequently because it consistently provide comfortable accommodation’s and great service. Owner and his family always very nice!

The bed was real hard. It was clean. The website show a pier and a lite one, but it only goes part of the way down and no light at all. Ac was great, parking was fine. No problems with staff. It was just a one night stay. I drove to the pier at the park to fish. Caught speckled trout’s, that was fun.

The staff were very friendly. I was able to walk to the ocean just across the street and there was a little pier. The fulton mansion was just right next door. It wasn't fancy but it was cozy and the price was right.

Happy Fishing The place is in an excellent location. It is quiet and accesible to everything. It just needs renovations. AC works wonders has refrigerator and mico.

Staff was very nice, rooms were very clean and cold. Pool and picnic are was clean and we had alot of fun. Defanitly booking again.
