Guest check in went well. The staff was very friendly. The mattress was a spring mattress and very uncomfortable.

Roaches in the room, bed was lumpy, room smelled, dark and dirty breezeways, old towels - non-absorbent, spilled paint stain on closet door, no ice bucket, single ice machine on premise, dirty parking lot

I believe some updates should be considered, shower faucet was hard to shut, the vanity sink had a slow drain, shower curtain had mold need to be replaced. My window unit AC had visible gunk flowing out to outside ground looked nasty. If those simple task would of been dealt with I honestly had given an excellent!

Don't know how safe, we didn't go out at night, BUT THE A/C WAS BLOWING WATER EVERY TIME THE BLOWER CAME ON. I TAKE A FALL IN THE MORNING AFTER WAKING UP AND NOT KNOWING THE ATTIRE FLOOR WAS WET. OFFICE SAID IT WAS BECAUSE WE KEEP THE TEMPERATURE AT 76 INSTEAD OF 72 WHICH WE WERE NOT TOLD ABOUT WHEN CHECKING IN. WE ARE 70 YRS. OLD AND 72 IS TO COLD. BUT YOU COULD HERE THE WATER IN THE A/C EVERY TIME IT CAME ON.

Original room assigned was not cleaned, beds were unmade, towels on floor. Then the next room they assigned, bed and pillows extremely uncomfortable.

As we walk in the floor was wet. Dangerous we had to walk catefully as not to slip. We were thinging moisture due to the a/c temperature not being high enough. I raised the temperature and dry by morning. But that was scary.

I called to have pizza delivered to an elderly relative who isn't able to prepare hot meals for himself. Their service was amazing! They delivered quickly and called me back to confirm. Will be using them again!

This is not good pizza. the crust is tough and hard. The meat was sandwich ham sliced in strips and the sausage is the kind you buy at HEB to make your own Pizza. Skimpy sauce, skimpy meat, just not special in any way. Very disappointing. Will not return.

I usually make at least one trip to Rockport every year to go fishing and no matter if the fishing is good or bad, the pizza is always great from Euro Pizza. For those of you who are Euro Pizza virgins, I highly suggest the seafood pizza. It has only the finest most fresh seafood and a homemade sauce to die for. The folks at Euro Pizza have hit a homerun with this one!!! Sometimes I will have them make a few pizza's for me to take back to Austin.
"THE CHAD" will be back ASAP!

I am sorry you were looking for a pizza restaurant and thus did not give the pizza a chance. You missed out big time! Euro Pizza is the best pizza I have ever had outside of home-made! They make their pizzas out of only the freshest ingredients and deliver it with a smile! I have been known to make the trip to Rockport from Houston just for the pizza! In fact, I have friends who travel from all over Texas to Rockport, and we ALWAYS order from Thierry and Val at Euro Pizza! It doesn't get any better than that!

Every fishing trip I make to Rockport I have to stop by Euro Pizza and get me a large pie. They have a tasty red sauce, use only fresh vegetables, and only use real cheese. They put it all together to make one of the best pizza pies. All I can say is if you do not try one of these pizza’s you will be missing out.
