Room smelled like smoke, bathroom lighting was very dim, and heater did not work adequately.

This hotel despite not necessarily being touted as a 5-star resort hotel, is definitely the best, family friendly hotel my wife and I have stayed in--clean, fantastic facility with amazing staff. Their breakfast is really a breakfast and better yet, it stays available until 9:30 am--later than most I've used that start closing down as early as 8am. I chose this Tyler location (visiting UT Tyler Med Ctr) because the ratings all seemed to be "exceptional" from prior visitor.

I genuinely enjoyed my stay! Literally every staff member was very pleasant and sweet! Also the rooms were welcoming and clean! Also the breakfast was so good and very fresh! Definitely will be booking each time I’m in the area visiting.

The beds are not comfortable. It needs a mattress topper or something. I was there 3 nights and not one restful night. Other than that it's always a good stay, friendly staff & great breakfast.

Clean, Comfortable bed. Fresh delicious breakfast. We had no problems at all! Did some Christmas shopping and doctor appointment in Tyler.

The first room we were in had a malfunctioning heater. One of the employees was very responsive and got us another room after he checked to make sure the heater was working. It was only a couple of rooms down, so we were lucky. The breakfast was good, and I noticed that the lady who was keeping things going there was answering questions and helping the guests. The area was nice, quiet, and clean. We would definitely stay there again.

The only regards I have is the key wasn’t program for our complete stay. On day 2 we had to take the key to the front desk to get it reprogrammed. It was if we were checking out on day 2. Thanks to the customer service rep who fix the issue.
