We had a great stay for my sisters wedding. We had a large party and they accommodated us with joining rooms. The rooms were great and so was the view. Ended up leaving my pillow by accident and when we came to pick it up, the people at the front desk and valet were super helpful and even remembered us. Thank you Kayley, netta, tae, and lance for helping me get my pillow back! Great service and staff!

Very bad experience, I recommend everyone to stay at Hyatt, the service and facilities are much better. This Marriott is very old.
Facilities:
1. The elevator creaks and is shaky.
2. The soundproofing of the room is poor, and the screaming of the children next door really affects the rest.
Service is terrible:
1. The housekeeping knocked on the door frantically before 9 o'clock.
2. I booked this hotel two days in advance. When I checked in, the black lady kept saying that she couldn't find the hotel I booked. She told me the confirmation number again and again before she helped me find it. However, her attitude was much better when she met the white man in front 😅
