My daughter and I really feel in love with this hotel in the heart of SLC. We would definitely stay here again in the future if our travels bring us out to this territory.

Excellent downtown location near Temple Square, big rooms, good amenities and breakfast. I would recommend getting to and from the hotel via West Temple and South Temple and avoid 400 West--lots of homeless along that road (but not around the hotel).

They said checkin is 3pm. We arrived at 3pm, but front desk said room was still not ready. We waited 30 minutes more for it. My first time to see this in 20 years.

Not the fanciest hotel, and no room service, but the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, it was spotlessly clean and well maintained, and quite up to date. The perfect place if you aren't into pretentious but want good service and a comfortable room.

Very nice hotel! Staff was nice. We enjoyed breakfast. It seemed like the good breakfast was on the weekend as we checked in on Thursday evening and ate breakfast Friday and Saturday and each day had a different breakfast with Saturday including waffles!

Stayed for two nights and had a pleasant stay. Room was great: clean, spacious, and comfortable. The AC unit was a little loud, but that would be the only complaint; could have just been my room, I didn't mention it to the staff. The included breakfast was good and location was great. Walkable distance to shopping and restaurants.

I arrived at a transit hotel on my way to Huangshi after 9 p.m. and was given a ground-floor room, which I reluctantly accepted. However, upon entering, I discovered it faced the parking lot entrance, a mere meter away. You can imagine how noisy it was. I went to the front desk to change rooms, but was told they were fully booked. It was too late, so I didn't want to bother, but I was definitely dissatisfied. The room was quite large, but the curtains didn't open, and the lighting was quite dim. I wouldn't recommend it.

Located in downtown Salt Lake City making it very close to shopping and dining. Felt safe and secure in and around this facility.
