The staff was exceptional. The reception desk, the tv repairman, the waiter at breakfast could not have been nicer!

Room was fine. The hall carpets, especially on the ground floor need cleaning. There was some other deferred maintenance that should be done. We stayed here 10 months ago and these repairs had not been done.

Property is nice but seems a bit rundown.
Staff is friendly and professional.
Room had an off smell but seemed clean enough. Breakfast is extra, which seems strange for such an expensive hotel.
Bar is a nice touch in Utah.
Overall, there are better stay options for less in the area. I won't be back.

Nice hotel, but room noise from upper level was a bit much.

The room looked like some homeless people just moved out the sofa bed was broken and not put together correctly coushins all messed up and had metal arms sticking out was really dangerous for my kids
