The hotel was immaculate and the staff were so friendly. The pool was a great way to keep the children entertained, and they even had some pool toys available over the weekend. The Christmas decorations were absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was cooked to perfection—I’m sure there’s a fantastic cook on staff. Coffee and tea are complimentary in reception and always in a clean area.
The one-bedroom king suite had a lovely kitchenette, which was perfect for cooking up a storm. The location was great, just a short walk to a shopping centre, Target, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Chipotle and a few other shops. It’s also a short drive to town, and there’s plenty of parking available.
The room is usually cleaned upon request, but once you ask, it’s done.
One thing that could have been improved was the sofa bed. It was quite uncomfortable, and since we booked the room for a family of four, it would have been lovely if the bed had been made for us on the first night. This place was great. I loved the lodge type feeling. The staff were super friendly and professional, the room was very clean with a full kitchen and it was dog friendly. I appreciate it being in a more residential area. It was nice to get up early and walk my dog. Its also a walkable distance to Trader Joe's. Barns & Noble, Target, Kohl's and more. The hot tub was great too. It's not a generic cement one in a lot of hotels, it's an 8 person, residential hot tub with deep seats. I'm 5'10" and the water came up to my chin when I sat in the deep seats. The hotel was very quiet too. The only place I'd stay in S. Burlington.
Oh, they have a nice breakfast in the morning too and a so I'll hour Tuesday-Thursday I believe but Not attend these.

Thoroughly impressed with everything about our stay. Service was absolutely wonderful, rooms are beautiful, pool and hot tub were pristine and relaxing. And to top it all off it's so affordable! Will definitely be staying again.

This was an extremely delightful, spacious, well-adorned and cozy hotel. I really enjoyed the little things, like the fireplace in the lobby, the reception for the guests, the high quality breakfast selection. It was a quiet room with very cozy and luxurious sheets. Great for families. The staff is also very wonderful. Kadi, at the front desk, is exceptionally kind and helpful! I will definitely be coming back here whenever I’m in Burlington.

It's unusual to find such a charming lodge type suite hotel with so many amenities. We loved the space of our King bedroom and extra living-kitchen area since we had our son visit us to enjoy a ball game. So glad for the laundry room on our 2 week driving trip. The happy hour looks welcoming and fun although we didn't partake. Breakfast is very tasty and complete. Staff is friendly and helpful. Staying here is not like a sterile hotel, it's more like a BnB but with many suite type rooms. Very comfortable and a great price. Everyone was happy.

The hotel is beautifully designed, and the main lobby area is warm, spacious, and very inviting. Service was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Our suite was huge, with a separate living room and bedroom, and the bathroom was also impressively large. The room included a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to cook if needed, and the breakfast was really good.
The only downside is that the hotel is a bit removed from the center of the city, so it requires a short drive to reach most places.
Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay and found it to be an excellent and comfortable option.

My wife and I have been to many hotels around the world, and this is probably the second best hotel we've stayed in. The best hotel, we feel, was a 5-star hotel in the Philippines, that's hard to beat!
The staff upgraded us to a room with a fireplace and it was very welcome (in fact, the first thing my wife did, when we reached the room, was to switch on the fireplace and sit in front of it!). The room was clean, thoughtfully put together, and had all the facilities we need (like a tiny apartment). Parking in front of the hotel was limited, but we were able to park across the street and walk over (2 minute walk)
The breakfast was perhaps not quite as varied as what we've had in other hotels, but it was tasty and well-organized. One thing that was a little puzzling was that the glass to pour juice in was very small. Maybe guests waste the juice?
We were on the second floor and the people above us, went "bump in the night", but it wasn't bad enough to complain.
The staff were friendly and kind and treated us like 5-star guests. The internet speed was great.
As we were leaving, we heard Miranda Lambert's country song "we should be friends." My wife and I looked at each other and said "Agreed!" We plan to return to Burlington some time, and stay here again.
