Hotel is centrally situated in Burlington. Check-in was smooth with a tasty chocolate chip cookie each. However, pool was very cold. We heard a lot of other guests also complaining about the temperature. Was mostly only kids that went in several adults went in up to the knee and then got back out. Breakfast the 1st day, a lot of food was missing and we had to keep asking for it to be restocked....

Good location and easy to find. Big room and very clean. Will come back again

A little out of the town centre but there are public transport options in the area. The room was clean but the hotel felt a little dated overall.

South Burlington definitely need a car to get to Burlington proper. They do have a shuttle bus though that runs to like ten pm I think. The king bed with bath doesn’t exist , the bathtub is kind of old school. Checking in can be slow (waited in line for a bit). Refrigerators in room but no microwave, one exist in lobby. Gym is ok, indoor swimming pool is nice, gym isn’t 24 hours. Room was ok

I appreciated the easy parking and entrance, friendly staff, gym, clean and pleasant room, quiet environment and breakfast. There was plenty of space to eat and a variety of foods.

Staff is always friendly and informative. The body was dispenser was empty which was a slight inconvenience though there was a boxed soap bar in the bathroom

We enjoyed our stay. I didnt know there was a pool until my grands asked to swim there! The location was perfect just outside Burlington and the ride to Stowe was fine, even in the snowy conditions. It was easy to get Uber and/or Lyft into town, even fir our early flight pickup.

The room set up for the bedroom was not functional. The TV should be placed on the wall at the bottom of the bed, NOT to the side of the bed. It's not comfortable to try and watch TV like that! Plus the heater was noisy all night long! We asked to have the wet towels picked and replaced. Towels were replaced for just 2 people, not for the 3 that were booked for that room. Housekeeping should...

When we came the room stinked like cigarettes on the non-smoking floor (much of the hotel should be non smoking anyways per their rules), so a front desk person had changed the room for us right away. Another room was better, but would encourage to provide cleaner towels as ours had stains and in general pay attention to the cleanliness of the room. Additionally, door lock was broken so we couldn’t...

The front staff was friendly upon check-in and check-out, the room was clean, and the hotel was perfecr for the stay we needed.

Room was clean and staff was friendly but there was an odor throughout the hotel in certain areas. Hotel was conveniently located but didn’t offer much amenities. Overall my stay was good.

Poor quality pillows and blankets in bed. The coffee and cups were not replaced daily.

Burlington is always our go to visit. We have been staying at the Delta for our last three visits. I am happy with the service the staff and our room was great as we got an upgrade.

Staff is always friendly, rooms are clean and shuttle is always available

We sure had a wonderful two days at the hotel. All the staff gave optimal service and were helpful and friendly.

We stay here every time we come through usually due to airport convenience but we also loved to have discovered the music venue within walking distance!! Everyone is always so nice, rooms are great and food is delicious!

The hotel is conveniently located near the interstate. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Nice clean rooms and comfortable bed. I would use this location again any time.

The service was fabulous. The room was spotless. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel.

Very nice, clean and well managed hotel. Overall hotel and rooms look new and are very cozy. Beds are nice and firm. Under-window A/C was not noisy. Full and tasty breakfast comparing to junk proposed in other hotels of similar rank.

We had bit of scuffle at the check-in but from then on it was very smooth. Harry was amazing and his staff was very friendly. Thank you so much

Staff was very friendly and breakfast was great especially the cheese omelettes. Our bathroom could have used a little maintenance as the toilet seat was loose and wallpaper was peeling. Other than that the room was fine.

The room cleaning was awful: sheets not changed as promised, floor not vacuumed, shower cleaning was nonexistent. Generally a dirty room. Breakfast and staff were good.

Hotel Vermont is just okay. Stay somewhere nearby for half the price. We didn’t get our room cleaned as specifically asked for (they only clean rooms by request), our main sink drain was clogged during our stay, and the walls are paper thing (you can hear and feel everything around you). Free parking would have been nice for this kind of pricey stay. Not worth it.

Excellent hotel with kind staff and good service. In-hotel restaurant is good, but costly. Surrounding area are proximity to Church street is great, but lots of construction during our stay. Hotel itself is gorgeous and our stay was very pleasant.

Loved this hotel so much! As a proud, multi-generation Vermonter I loved the character of this hotel and the support of local businesses. Many thoughtful touches that made our stay more comfortable than any hotel I’ve stayed at.

Its very hard To find genuine feeling hospitality…but Hotel Vermont always delivers. I always look forward to staying here !

Hotel Vermont is a local icon, and the whole place is beautifully and sustainably designed. We had a great stay, dinner at Juniper was excellent, staff incredibly helpful and kind (we were travelling with an infant). The location is great for strolling along the lake, downtown, and so on.

Convenient parking, very clean and modern, nicely appointed rooms, comfortable lobby area, good breakfast, and friendly staff all around. Easy walk to everything in downtown Burlington. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel and rooms look outdated and poor managed. Under-window A/C in my room was noisy as airplane and produced metal clicking so I had to turn it off and freeze under summer time blankets despite of the January outside. Breakfast was awful so we skipped it. I'd definitely not recommend to stay there, at least with current management/owner

Easy parking and access to highway, room clean and basic good for short stay no extras's. Bed comfortable . Staff were efficient and pleasant. Economical one night stop .

I was delighted to see how hard the staff works on keeping this motel up . its older but was clean and everything worked great. Only drawback is Vt tends to house homeless folks there. But they work diligently to keep it safe and quiet. I will stay again.

Parking was convenient. Seemed like a lot of rooms were permanent residents. Very noisy.

Very clean room. Good location next to Interstate 89. Parking was easy. Nice staff. Just one thing: Shampoo should be included in the room. It wasn't.

Everything was great but if i had to say one thing id change...id have more and thicker blankets available its cold in the rooms and hate to run the heater. The blankets were very very thin

It's unusual to find such a charming lodge type suite hotel with so many amenities.
