The ground floor has a central hall colonial layout with the living, dining, kitchen spaces connected, a separate TV room/Office and a powder room. The living room features a wood-burning fireplace and a baby grand piano. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms. Bedroom 1 Suite comes with its own bathroom featuring a Toto Washlet toilet. On the other side of the bathroom, there is the Dressing Room that opens to the Sun Room. The Dressing Room has a full/twin size futon for an additional sleeper. WiFi is available throughout.

This is the Master Bedroom with en suite full bath in a private home . The owners are onsite with... their own separate entrance. Guests and Owners use their own entrances.
The Doors to each of entrances are kept locked. Guests are given their own key.
The Door from the hallway into the Master Bedroom and the sliding door onto the private deck both can be locked from the inside.
The Owner's Bedroom in the North West corner is as far from the Guest Quarters in the South East Corner corner of the house as possible and there are additional sliding doors between the guest hall and the remaining parts of the home. The space is private/ quiet /safe/and secure.
There is off street parking only in the driveway and just steps from the well lit entrance to the front door.
We are in walking distance to the Burlington Marketplace Downtown shopping area, The University of Vermont , Champlain College, and Lake Champlain Waterfront...
