- Dining area has plenty of seating and is a great place to gather for a meal or a card game.

Extra large screened-in back porch contains an additional fireplace, dining area, and seating area for bug-free outdoor living.
Gourmet kitchen includes everything needed to create a feast, including induction stove, large fridge and sink, quiet dishwasher, electric oven, toaster oven, microwave, blender, mixer, drip coffee pot, Nespresso machine, Keurig coffee machine, coffee grinder, French press, rice cooker, pots, pans, baking dishes, and all kinds of kitchen utensils.
Luxurious main floor half-bath has marble walls, in-wall toilet, large sink, and slate floors.

Backyard includes lots of grassy space for outdoor games, Weber charcoal grill, and a Solo stove available for a backyard bonfire. Help yourself to herbs, vegetables, tree-fruits, berries, and flowers from the gardens!

As we find ourselves in the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic we have some new protocols to share that have been mandated by the governor of Vermont. Since each state has its own set of rules I thought I would let you know as of June 2021 the vaccination rate in Vermont is 80%! Travel no longer requires testing or quarantine.
