I just wanna say this is a great motel, home away from home! We are so fournate to have Ashley, she is all that! Hiw keepers equally great ( thank you) i highly recommend!

Good place for the price. Comes with a full kitchen, cable, internet, and a fairly good bed. The location is relatively easy to find and very close to a grocery store (within walkable distance even). Few amenities otherwise but it's not really that kind of place (it's extended stay, not a Mariott after all). I would definitely recommend it to somebody who wants to stay somewhere with a proper kitchen when traveling.

I want to give 6 stars for what I get and for the price I paid!!! It's a perfect hotel for us, I like giving compliments for nice people or good service, I have been living here with my husband almost two months, some of my coworkers live here too, we live here is very very convenient for work only drive 5 minutes, clean and very secure environment( a lot of cameras in the yard/ parking lot), full kitchen and big fridge, I usually cook every day, big enough space for my grocery), there is a bed in the room, but also you can open the couch is another bed. ( my coworkers share room and they love this). There is Grill by office, we use that a lot, they have gas for that. I only see three people working here, a manger Ashley, she is super nice lady and helpful, a maintenance man and a girl, they are all quiet and friendly. I like them all, very peaceful place to live for work and we feel like home, nobody bother you, it seems everyone live here is construction people, daytime work and sleep at night, walk 1 minute is food lion and a few little stores as well. Soon our job will be done, so I want to say thank you very much!!!

A fairly good place to stay for a longer period of time or if a full kitchen is a must. Not too many amenities but the bed was comfortable and the kitchen/living room area was quite large. Parking was free as well, which is a bonus.

My only complaint is the room had quite a strong odor of cigarettes, most likely from past tenants.

Room was very simple, but large. Nice firm beds and comfy pillows. Loved that I had two windows at each end of the room so that I could open both and hey a cross breeze. Such a good deal at the last minute and very friendly staff. Would definitely come again!

Lotta memories made here.2 years later still battling at uva. Ashley is hands down the captain who keeps this place from falling apart. She cares watched t take first steps,watched me battle n I have to say that I am really not happy moving but I'm greatly appreciative for the love,support, advice on top of daily duties watching Ashley shovel snow like a beast was epic. The nice patio just to chill n think. The rooms always clean and I highly encourage you don't mingle with the guests n all is good. 2 years it was home to me.

I stayed at affordable Suites of America for a whole year back in 2020. Believe me, I did not REGRET it I LOVED it❤️the FACT is there was NO DEPOSIT,NO LEASE👍you can rent Daily,Weekly or MONTHLY!!! MONTHLY was my BEST CHOICE,long term STAY🤗

It was extremely good experience, the manager cooperation, service and everything was is very satisfactory.
