The staff at the food counter was AMAZING. The lady at the check-in counter was kind and efficient. We sty at Marriotts all the time on our couple get away weekend, and usually are very pleased withh the room adn amenities. This time however we were very displeased with the room. The air barely worked, the fridge would not stay shut, there was a dot what appeared to be blood on the bedsheet, there was no conditioner in the shower( we love the shampoo and conditioner at the other hotels), the couch had something yellow on it, and the window had a white substance stuck on it. Sadly, we will probably look at another hotel company for our next getaway this fall. For several years we have been using Marriott hotels for our getway every season.
