I showed Theron t desk a picture of black looking mold coming through the vent.. I asked to move to another room because I have all symptoms of exposure to mold.. she said that’s was her priority, I asked for a different room she refuses to. I asked to talk to the manager she said she was.. I don’t think so. I found another place to move to. When I checked out she refused said no refunds they owe me for 4 days. Bad management all throughout.
This lady is very unprofessional rude. Not good at customer service. I wish I could rate it minus stars. Am going to make sure my friends won’t be staying here next year.

I reserved a room online for 1 week before I drove 15 hours from Mississippi. Upon arrival, the front door was locked and the lights were off. I called the number and the person (who I assume was a manager) sounded like I bothered them. I told him I had a reservation and he came and let me in. Before I made it to my room I was greeted by the horrid smell of marijuana and a handful of degenerates lurking in the dark out back by the outside door. They made me quite nervous, not only for my safety but for my valuable possessions I had locked inside my vehicle. Once I opened my door I was almost immediately disappointed with the room. The kitchen area was dirty, with left over food from the previous guests. It did have a stove! But wait, the stove top did not work. The cabinets were nasty and slowly falling apart. The A/C, which was barely working was being held up by a scrap piece of 2x4 and was dreaming of the day it went to the scrap yard. Please mister, don’t make me cool no more. The bedside lamp shade was melted and the light bulb was busted. No surprise there. There was hair and dirt everywhere in the shower (I refused to even bathe) and the room desperately needed to be swept. Also, the bathroom vanity had a bad smell of mold or moisture around it. There were no towels, rags, soap, toilet paper or anything to use in the entire room (just throw the whole room away) The bed which is quite possibly the hardest thing I’ve ever laid on in my life was dirty with stains and hair from who’s knows what. Honestly, after laying for about 30 minutes my arms and legs were completely numb from having the circulation cut off which I have never experienced in my life. I don’t see how anyone could get any type of sleep on that thing. I was so tired from driving and I couldn’t even lay in a comfortable bed. I wouldn’t even mind if the room was dirty if the bed was nice. I’m so disappointed but at least there Wi-Fi right?? Lmao yeah okay, I’ve had dial up faster then this WiFi. If you’re here on business then you’d better go sit at McDonald’s to do your work.

Overall, not kid friendly, not human friendly, do not ever recommend staying there. The website is false advertisement. If you do decide to stay, just don’t and run far, far away. You’ll be more comfortable sleeping in your car. Any money saved on this room will be spent at a chiropractor realigning your body parts. Unless you do manage to sleep on it then you’ll probably wake up having cut circulation off in your limbs and now you’re just a veggie tale character. Spend just a few dollars more and get a nice bed. I really can’t say that enough. The bed is horrible! There isn’t even a word to describe the beds. I would have preferred sleeping on a concrete slab. A concrete slab with nails in it. Rusty nails. It would have been far more comfortable. I would give negative stars if that was possible. This is a 100% honest review from a weary traveler who spent just 1 hour in the room. I’m convinced that any good review for this hotel is fake. No way anyone actually enjoyed this place.

our booked premium room was not available because someone dint check out. We were given only available downgraded room with broken stuff in bathroom. Charged 400 extra for a downgraded room from original bookign and took front 6 hours to get it changed from management. Was a very frustrating experience. Wifi is nonexistent, cant work if you are staying for business. Only point is for location.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The smell of ********* is horrible the halls, elevator room 9 specially cabinets with bugs traps , kitchen and bathroom smells bad and is filthy. i couldn't stay not even one night: it doesn'r feel safe and they charge me for ten nights. they have two mnagers , one for weekends and one for the week cecil. i went several times and they know i wasn 't there not even one night but that didn't stop them for charging me even though they were all sympoathetic just enough not to do anything about it . i it's called city center but is not there but in a bad area in jefferson avenue I tried to put my review in trip advisor and every webb I can find I will keep posting it so nobody else gets fulled NO TE ACERQUES A ESE ANTRO. huele a ********* horriblemente , los pasillos , el ascensor , la habitacion estan asquerosas, con trampas para insectos en los desvencijados armarios endonde se supone que pongas tu ropa. No me quede ni una sola noche cuando lo vi y hable con las dos managers la del fin de semana y la de la semana CECIL. me dieron muy buenas palabritas de que habian dejado una nota poar ellas diciendoles que no pude quedarme y les dió igual , no solo me cargaron la primera noche sino los 15 dias que reserve el hotel se llama city center pero no esta en city center sino en la avenida jefferson en un lugar de dudosa reputacion y donde no te puedes sentir a salvo. no tecreas todas esas historias de ir con tu familia, seguire escribiendo mi experiencia para que nadie se lleve a engaño. que verguenza!!!!

I am giving a star because it is not lower than that. My plane got delayed and it took me more than 45 minutes to get in touch with someone at the hotel . When I arrived the smell of mariguana was unbearable . It's posted as a non-smoking place.the person in there make me sign if i wanted to see the room and said anyways I was already check in. The room was filthy ;inside the cabinets bug traps and the bathroom had hair and a dirty moldy bath top. It got me sick and I refused to stay there and ask not to be charged.
I went there 3 times to talk to different people that assured me I wasn't going to be charged. I called the reservation office said it was up to the manager? I personally talked to the manager and she assured me a refund would never happen!!!!!
I have been teaching in the area for 25 years if you are one of my students you know i am not lying or exaggerating
Stay away from this trap is not even in city center
