Check in was easy. Staff were friendly. The room was clean. Very convenient location. Close to shopping and food.

Staff are friendly and great and my room was clean, but the whole place—lobby, hallways, and my (non-smoking) room—reeked of **** smoke.

Coffee, tea, and fruit juice available. Cinnamon roll danish for breakfast. Staff very personable and friendly. Only downside, heavily smoky even in non-smoking rooms/hallway

Front desk young lady that's there in the evening until 11 was so polite. She will be a reason I return for the friendly service

It was a little dated but clean. I lived in the area when it was fairly new and it has really changed. There was no breakfast as stated online and the walls are super thin. The staff was nice and professional.

My room was near the elevator and ice machine. Also, someone was crying near elevator thru the night. Floors didn't look very clean. They felt sticky. One of the attendants was sassy when I asked to clarify the wifi password. Didn't appreciate that after a 5 hour drive to location.

Best small hotel east of the mountains So check this. It's not the Rits nor is it a roach infested hole. It's well maintained with a staff that pleasant to work with. Pricing for a room is excellent. Cheap and no frills. Very outdated. I didn't see any bugs. Some people live there and they're sketchy.

I like the staff for the most part their friendly and very helpful. I didn't like how my toilet wasn't flushing and they could do better when it comes to clean their rooms after guests leave. Otherwise it's a nice place to be

Very nice owners, the hotel is called City center inn now. I currently stay there and enjoy my homely comfortable stay. The owners/management seem very caring and heart warming people. Very clean and safe rooms. Also had all you can drink free coffee plus an operating ice machine on site. The average American priced quality

Awesome 😎 The bed the room the staff. This was above Quality. I enjoyed it so much I extended my stay. No cons for me. I ordered breakfast locally & dinner. Thank You for the staff for putting up with me and accommodating my family. Much Love. 😁😘Please don't change bc of this. Excellent value. While the building is not brand new, the room is clean and furniture is nice and fairly new, the bathroom is nice, the water is steaming hot, and the ac has no problem keeping the room cold on the hottest days. I was there for two days with my family. Staff was amazing and room was pretty clean. I will be back.

I stayed here to work in the area, and I really enjoyed it! We had a few issues in the room, but maintenance was able to fix the big ones. However, the office seems not to be staffed fully during the posted hours. It was hard to get in touch with them at times throughout the day. The laundry room was great! Very nice and clean extended stay

Its a different kind of motel, clean and nice. The place was completely renovated, it has a small workout room and laundry room. The staff was excellent. Its in a great location with plenty of things to see all around.

I visit inTown suites often, but have never stayed there. I have a co-worker that stays there that I pick up for a carpool on a regular basis. She talks about how fantastic the service is. She raves about how clean the room is, and that while she's in between places to live, she's enjoying the piece of mind she has.

Housekeeping is a joke! Some of the staff is awesome! Christine and Arhonda always had a smile!

InTown Suites was clean and the staff was friendly. The location is fantastic. The only weird thing is that there are 3 InTown suites on the same street so it can be confusing finding the right one. The first one we pulled into was dirty looking although we never saw the rooms. The one we stayed in was very nice though.

Great place to get a room , couldn't believe they knew I smoked in the room and didn't charge my card. The staff was wonderful but would be better if they actually had a breakfast. Overall good place , 5 star

Love the room and space we have! Love the kitchen! Love the area overall The staff, for the most part, is accommodating and addresses your needs in a professional manner. (Even if it's not like how you want it, but it's professional) tough love is what some of us need ! lol would def recommend if you need a longer term stay. And pet friendly!

This is like no other extended stay you have ever been to....it's beautiful with spacious rooms and the customer service is very very very on point. The assistant manager and anybody I talked to showed me respect and made me feel welcome. Id definitely recommend this to anybody. Bring your family because you definitely won't be disappointed

Great staff. Good breakfast. Mattress a little soft but still slept great. CAN'T steal the soap or shampoo.

Very nice hotel. Great setup in the room with a kitchen (complete with dishes and supplies), pull out couch, bed, closet, desk, and nice bathroom. Their pool is an outdoor pool which was disappointing. And their breakfast has just been ok. The staff has been friendly and helpful and the room has been clean. The location has been good for us too! Overall, it's been a positive experience!
