Knights Inn - Glen Allen, VA in Richmond

Had to go down for a one night stay here, last minute booking through priceline which rated the place pretty well...and obviously doesn't have updated photos! The whole place is rundown, cleaners smoking while cleaning rooms. Thank God I had a bucket of cleaning supplies in my car. I literally had to bleach and lysol and wipe down every single thing in there. .shower full of dirt with black rings around it...stained sheets..thank God I also had extra blankets in car!! I would have requested a refund if I wouldn't have been so tired and because it was a little late It was hard to find anything still available through priceline.
I have never been more disgusted by a place in my life...wayyy overpriced also..another reason I believed it would be better! Lesson learned

I remember staying here when I was younger and they had a pool. Every weekend this would be the spot we'd come to just to swim.
Since they've gotten rid of the pool and changed management it is definitely not the same. Management and housekeepers do the bare minimum when it comes to the cleanliness of the rooms. It's in a great location and not far from anything you need. But once you get inside a room you realize the price does not match what you're getting. Between the stains on the walls, curtains look like a child put them up, and general cleanliness of the room as a whole is unacceptable. This was a last minute choice but I'm not so sure we'll be coming back until the staff takes cleaning more serious especially with Covid and many other illnesses going around.

Knock knock..who's there? I don't know,but not the room you thought you were getting!..room was spacious..even had enough room for the pet fleas they provided as an amenity. Luckily they had a coffee maker,iron ,ironing board in the room. Just playing..none of these items are in the rooms...the only type of bored you'll get here is trying to watch t.v. with the broken remote they kindly provide..stay away from this place please!!!!! On a good note..they're close to River City diner..a must go old school diner!

No in room coffee maker
Dirty sheets
Scratched up furniture.
Gaps in the wallboard.

Not somewhere I'd recommend unless your busy. Or not sleeping in the dirty ass beds. lmfao

Missing little perks like lotion, shampoo, extra towels, 2 towels to a double bed room, no bible. bedding ok but rooms not that clean. Needs a thorough cleaning. For the money not worth it.
