Yes. Shower head was awesome and the robes spectacular. Just what we needed after a long drive from Boston. Ordered room service for dinner and everything was delicious.

The Pros: 1) The bathroom was very clean, the hot water very hot, and good water pressure in the shower. 2) The valet staff are really great--special shoutout to Kenneth, who was very flexible and accommodating with a lot of in-and-out we had to do. 3) The neighborhood is cute, walkable, and has lots of great independent restaurants, bars, and cafes. 4) The bed was comfortable and the sheets and pillows...

Clean room with a great view. Lovely bathroom plenty of towels and linen. The staff was welcoming kind and very professional. The hotel is beautiful

Nice hotel, enjoyed our stay. Beds and pillows are almost too soft.

No kettle, difficult to get hot drinkable water. Close to lift which made noise. Breakfast was good

The entire hotel was immaculate, comfortable, the staff Krystal was AWESOME, and the Mexican Restaurant behind the hotel was a 10!!!!

The room was in good condition but was very crowded with two queen beds. Staff was excellent. I came down with the flu and had to leave after one night.

Check in staff was very nice. Hotel very clean with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Room was clean and neat.

Very clean, and friendly staff!

Room could’ve been cleaner. Had to ask for a change of sheets and the shower wasn’t fully clean.

The room was clean and staff were great. The 2 elevators in the lobby didn’t work so we either had to have staff take us up the service elevator or walk up 5 flights of steps. I would have expected they would have had an elevator service company bypass the key card scanner to make the elevator function.

Showers were gorgeous and bed soft. Clean room, and incredible service. TVs were not smart tvs as advertised and our mini fridge cabinet door was broken making drawer access a bit of a hassle. Elevators are sketchy, we were stuck in Monroe building for a couple minutes and then elevator shuttered and finally opened the doors to let us out.

The front desk was hard to find; the signs were unclear. I drove around for a while without finding it, and only found it after being directed to a place where someone was holding an event. There was no service at night; when I called the front desk around 10 pm, no one answered.

Located on a beautiful property with historic buildings. Unfortunately the rooms are quite dated and unclean. Poor lighting in the units with lightbulbs missing. Dated appliances

I was pleasantly surprised by my spacious room and swift check-in experience. The grounds are lovely and the price was right.

The attitude of the restaurant waiter is very bad. I am very disappointed that such a good hotel cannot keep up with the service.

The hotel environment is excellent

Basic hotel. Seems to be a frequent place for workers to hang their hats for a night or two. Nothing extravagant but serves the purpose. Room was clean, nice selection of midnight craving snags, hot water and cozy pillows.

The room was clean on arrival, but they never made up the room once in the 4 nights we stayed there.

Room was ok. We were supposed to have a suite but they gave us connecting rooms instead. Okay stay overall.

The location of the room, 231, was right above the kitchen and, in the morning, the smell of all the cooking was overwhelming especially since I have asthma.

The room was not in good condition cleanliness was ehhh with lots of dust and dirt behind the tables and desks. Our standing lamp was leaning and not attached to the base. The breakfast area needs desperate refurbishment with stained worn chairs and flooring. Staff was nice, beds were clean but desperately needs attention by corporate

We were there due to my 94 year old dad having surgery. When the surgery was cancelled, the staff was wonderful about helping us cancel the reservation, pack up our room and load the car. They were all so kind to us, from check-in to check-out.

Bed was very good. Could use another blanket. The bathroom needed a deep cleaning was pretty grubby. The lobby smelled like natural gas (the restaurant maybe?). I’d stay again but would love to see these things fixed.

Clean should be better, ned very comfortable, pillows awfull. Staf so nice. Breakfast is so basic, but ok.

My stay was very pleasant and peaceful. Also, I plan to visit this hotel every time I come to Richmond VA.

Mixed review. Some friendly staff, some rude. Room was clean minus mold in the shower. All in all, okay stay.

As I was using the hairdryer, it caught on fire and burned a patch of my hair on top of my head. The dryer was too old. Everything else Was good.

The rooms are beautiful. Massive! But there are threadbare towels rough sheets. Pillows were delivered without pillowcases. Our room was described as having full size fridge microwave etc. none were apparent. Disappointing

Staff were wonderful with everything. The valet, Eric was a great help with ideas on dinner and about the area

No hot tub, indoor pool is barely luke warm and the whole area is filled with mold so it stinks to high heaven. The elevators are old, slow, and loud. The room was spotless, housekeeping are very good, good to have breakfast and there is all day coffee,tea, the location is great for the Short Pump. It's also close to where my son lives so is ideal for visiting them.

Great location; very quiet and clean . Stayed here for swim meet that was taking place at 100 nova way; only took us 15 min to get to and from the pool. Wegmans is 5 min away

Room door banged to close, too loud. HVAC unit in room was loud. Staff was good and so was the hot breakfast.

The fitness center was not a fitness center. Only had 1 treadmill and 1 elliptical. The indoor smelled moldy and was not taken care of. An alarm was ringing at the front desk and no one cared or made it stop when asked about.

Great staff and rooms. Sad that the ice machines don’t work and need to go to the desk to get a bucket from the kitchen. Only complaint about this venue.

Not haitful but not as described online This place has a lot of potential but fell a bit short of expectations. The front of house staff was courteous. I enjoyed the breakfast, except the waffle, the batter isn't good quality, the bathroom still has hair but other than that is clean, convenient, close to restaurants, front desk are nice.

Property is in need of major repairs and maintenance.

Stayed for a night and this hotel was clean and comfortable without breaking a bank. Absolutely no complaints with accommodation. However, breakfast could be little better than just a honey bun and a muffin.

I’m giving 4 stars because upon arrival the front desk was professional, patient & friendly. The rooms were decent & they offered good cable. Most importantly, the entire room was clean🙏🏾👌🏾

Outdated rooms. Grey linen on beds. Could not sleep because of smell, mixture of light cigarettes and moisture. Slept in my car instead. See photos of microwave inside. Will never stop by this hotel chain.

This hotel has great prices and is always clean. The staff is always professional and courteous. I like that they have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the walls are thin there. You can hear the conversations in the next room so you know they can hear you too.

Very good bang for your buck... Conveniently located near highway and plenty of food

Rooms were clean. Service was great. Coffee was a little weak.

The evening reception was awesome, and best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel! My 4 year old loved the buffet style set up where she could choose what she wanted- and she ate a lot more than usual which is a plus. We had a lot of fun in the pool, even moreso in the morning when there weren't rude teenagers showing too much skin. Definitely better to take your kid swimming in the morning before check...

We had a fantastic stay here! The 3 room suite was perfect for our family. The breakfast and evening snacks were both delicious. Though it seemed there were a lot of people staying at the same time as us, it was very quiet. The indoor pool is also very nice. Beds were comfy!

A nice hotel at low price. It was almost empty still with full free breakfast and evening drinks. I wonder how they manage to keep up. A big Hilton would easily charge $30-40 extra for those two. It was nice to learn the Room cleaning service is not every day. Saving quite a bit on the environment though I was out of basic things by 3rd day so had to fetch more coffee and towels.

Beautiful and very clean. Great breakfast options and friendly staff. The light fixtures in the room were strange as every single lamp was different. Compared to many other extended stay hotels, there is no comparison!! The Extended Stay America at 6807 Paragon Place is exceptional. Not only does the entire staff make us feel like we are at home, but the attention to details are impressive. The kitchen supplies are offered without charging extra fees, from can liners to tissues, to pots & pans, dishes, flatware, which other hotels in the same category...

It was an easily accessible property. It was clean. Walls are thinner so you can unfortunately hear louder guests at times. Staff was nice.

We booked a queen suite with a kitchenette and a pull out couch. The room had a weird odor. The size of the room was nice. The pull out couch mattress was in terrible condition and I had to go back to the front desk to ask for sheets and pillows. When using the shower, it sounded like you were about to fall through the floor. It made all kinds of creaky noises. The hotel was in a nice location and...

It was a big surprise the utensils and cooling system functioned fine 24/7.The lovely behavior and readiness of staff made us to have a pleasure stay for two weeks. We will recommend this hotel for long time stay.

It looks to be in an office building area, but there’s privacy and trees all around. Much more calm and clean than I would have expected based on the location. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating, especially Amber at the front desk! The room was very nice and better than expected. The location is clean, has a nice laundry room and is close to a lot of restaurants. I would stay here again.

Staff courteous. Serviceable and helpful. Security was the watch word. Making sure belongings are not tampered into. Could do with a conventional breakfast. Something small to start the day. Thank you housekeeping for clean linen

Room was not great. Found 2 cockroaches. The people that worked there are extremely nice. Get what you paid for I guess.

Poperty in the middle of renovations. All new mattresses and dresser/desks. At the time of stay only ice available was at front lobby. Decent free breakfast options-nothing special.

There were cockroaches. But I was down for a few days. But them were coming out of the sink and toilet.

This is one of the best hotels around. The rooms are big. The service is excellent. It is conveniently located near everything.

It's not a bad location or property for the price. I feel all hotels are overpriced because they give you less time in the rooms, and prices are constantly rising. It's a business model flaw in my opinion. Cant check in until half the day is over, but you gotta be out midday. I get they need time to clean rooms, It's a tough racket.. I've worked hotels, so I get it.

The roughest towels ive ever encountered in a hotel space. Hotel itself is average but the clientele is so active at all hours, it seems to attract thenlllll
