An excellent value. Simple rooms, but very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when in town. The cost savings covered Uber rides to the bar/band we can to see. And a great coffee roaster right next door...great experience!

The staff was non existent. Only showed up at 3:00 for check in pretty much. Wanted to charge an extra $25 for checking in early. Even though the gal actually told me the room was ready but they wanted to get the extra money.

The whole place needs updating.

The free Breakfast was basic but ok for your regular continental.

Would not stay here again.

The staff and management were helpful and friendly, day and night. I appreciate that Lavissh is not owned by a huge motel chain. That it welcomes people with dogs.

Staff was pleasant upon checking in and out. Newer carpet and paint. But obviously this was a "lipstick on a pig" scenario. Still has old fixtures, complete with cigarette burns on the side of the plastic tub. Dark hallway was creepy. Very small elevator. Both pillows on my queen sized bed had someone else's hair on them. Curtains wouldn't close completely. Heater was very noisy. Questionable lock on the door.

The price was good. We were cold. Not enough pillows for a king sized bed and blanket was not sufficient. My husband forgot his hat and when he called he was told lost items were only held for 24 hours. The free breakfast was really basic, yogurt, waffles, no eggs.
The television was weird limited channels.

Room was good after we changed it to another room was bigger ans staff were good i just wish when we book with you guys find us the best and bette room in first place. We only deal with u guys and very happy thx

Breakfast could've been better, everything else was wonderful.
Question for the managment; the carpet tile in the rooms, what is it called or where did you get it? (the rv I've been restoring needs new flooring and I like the choice of carpet tile) thanks.

I have stayed at this hotel many times prior new name. I think it is under new management. This visit i noticed a lot of wear and tear on the hallways and in the room i had. The house keeper i interacted with was very nice and helpful. The front desk people, I interacted with three different people, one was very helpful but the other two not so much. It seemed i was wasting their time when i checked in and when i needed a check on the toilet that kept have the water flowing into the bowl. With the changes in this property and the increase in the cost of the room, i will be finding a new place to stay.

The room was gross, got over charged. Front desk staff is rude and inconsiderate, entitled even. Very sketchy people coming in and out. It was very clear that there are illegal happenings going on. People smoke in the rooms, I watched this happen myself. Description said breakfast, there was none. Do not stay there.
