Spokane Club in Spokane

My favorite restaurant in the Spokane Coeur d' Alene area. The best place for persons with dietary restrictions. They do what they say and they don't guess.

Update Dec, 2917. Reducing from 5 stars to 1 star. I had 3 bad meals in a row. They lost their cook, or manager, or maybe they were acquired. I don't know what happened. Used to go 20 times a year. I hope I don't have to go back.

My 2nd visit to a PF Changs. My soup was cold, my wife's pad thai noodles were not cooked, the fried rice was tasteless. Even their famous lettuce wraps were just so-so. Never to return.

I went to PF Changs downtown for dinner on a Friday night so we expected to wait for a while.
No big deal. Once we were finally seated, we were told it would be 15-20 minutes to get our drinks.
Our waitress who was not an overly friendly person by any means, brought us out three very small but very expensive, drinks. We drank those and were told that it would be another 15-20 to get a refill.
As we waited for our refills we also ordered dinner and appetizers.
Long story short we sat there at the table drinking water for an hour before we finally got our vegetable egg rolls that were luke warm, soggy and flavorless.
We waited another hour for our food that never showed up. Needless to say we walked out with a bad taste in our mouth.
There are plenty of great restaurants in Spokane with great business models and PF Changs is not one of them.
I have never written a bad review for a restaurant, but I felt it was my responsiblity as a Spokane native to warn people.

Sent back cold egg rolls, Mongolian beef could have been jerky!
Small portions!
Go to Panda express! Better than here!

Went for happy hour, food was so so. Moscow Mules were served not in a copper cup like I'm used to but in a glass. I was given the explanation that they have better ginger mix so they don't need the ginger beer,I disagree. I ordered a side of spicy asparagus and two or three the pieces were inedible it was like chewing on sugar cane without the sweetness. The only redeeming quality was having a good waitress.

The staff in the bar would not wait on us at all.I ordered coffee never received any. We went back again same thing there were 20 tables and the waitress told us they are all gone..We had ordered French soup.very warm not hot at all. This is not good for Spokane this is to nice of a hotel to have such bad service. I will never go back..This would never be accepted in A larger city. We need to step up the service and the quality of food
