This was my second-worst experience with a hotel ever. The room wasn't clean and they didn't fully clean it (meaning the bedding mostly) after three requests to do so. Housekeeping left a queen sheet on a king bed, leftover burger and fries in the fridge, a filthy remote, residue on the bathroom counter, a white substance on the bathroom door, and smaller stains (cigarettes?) on the sheets. Horrible check in experience; we arrived at 4:00 for check -in, only to discover cars backing-up onto the street. We inched into the lot and finally my spouse hopped out and went into the lobby. There was at least 30 people in line, waiting to check in. It turns out there was a high school program in the area, along with a concert that night; apparently everyone decided to check in at the same time...

We were only here for a sporting event at the Podium which is within walking distance. The room was clean. The view of the river was nice. The only issue was the shower did not drain that well after a few minutes.

They offered an upgrade, we were thrilled with the room and the serve was incredible.

Spontaneous Weekend getaway for a relaxing and comfortable time. The Centennial is centrally located in a good area and is convenient for food, shopping and entertainment. The staff is always accommodating and friendly.It’s the place to stay when visiting.

The location was excellent for the occasion. Checking and parking was very easy. The room was comfortable and clean. We appreciated the restaurant/lounge and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

We didn't have breakfast. The property was clean, fairly quiet and accessible to nearby entertainment.

The hotel is old but still in decent condition. The bed was way too soft and my back ached all night long. The restaurants are too expensive. $4.50 for a cup of coffee at breakfast.

The room was great, clean and comfortable. Linens and pillows were cozy! Staff were all very nice and helpful! Definitely would stay again!

We had a large group book a weekend stay for a birthday party with 7 rooms. Prior to the stay I almost cancelled due to a very rude front desk rep. I requested to have 2 of the rooms adjacent and she immediately said no, they don’t do that. A few days later we called and the Marriot rep was very nice and placed a note on our account for the adjacent room request and said no problem. Then the day before...

Mattress was so soft when someone got in it rippled to the other side like a waterbed. There was no one to help us with our bags on Checkin and had to find a cart, load it and push it to our room which was difficult for 79 yr olds because the cart itself is heavy

Great valet service, front desk, room and view. Elevators work perfectly, bartender was great, decor is beautiful. Great price!

Beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms and central location downtown. Service was polite, but slow and the food quality of the onsite restaurants was disappointing.

Check in staff not super friendly. Seemed bored. She gave us one sample of peanut brittle “as Marriott Bonvoy members.” We asked for one more sample as there were two of us and she said, “No. I’m sorry. Room very clean and comfortable. Staff pleasant and professional. Love our stay here.

Room was a dog friendly room. Wasn’t entirely spotless but we love staying here because they are pet friendly, have a 24 hour pool and an area we can have a get together and play cards and let the kids play while the adults hang out.

The hot tub needed some foam dispenser! We looked forward to a relaxing soak. NO WAY! The accommodations, staff and breakfast were great,

Our stay at Quality was great. Friendly staff, we were given a remodeled room. I would’ve gave 5 stars but the Inn is under renovation and our bathroom sink was slow to drain due to the renovation. Other than that, we love staying at Quality Inn.

It was a very loud hotel. The fridge, the heater, and I don't know what else in the room was humming. I'm a light sleeper, so I did not sleep well while I was here. When we asked for two towels and for housekeeping to take out the trash, they didn't take out the trash or give us more towels, they just left two rolls of toilet paper on the bathroom counter. The breakfast was minimal and not very good...

Quiet and breakfast buffet service, awesome! Pool was down for maintenance but was up just in time.

Very nice room, and very courteous staff. Airport shuttle accomodated a very early flight - and hotel even provided a bagged, to-go breakfast at 3:00 AM even though their normal breakfast didn't start until 7 AM. I would definitely stay here again!!

I love this property. I always stay here whenever I travel. My car is always safe. I like the hot tub in the pool. It has breakfast. The staff is great. Great comfy beds clean. I've been staying here about 10 years.

Rooms were clean, a bit older but remodeled nicely. It was a tight parking lot and bit weird to get into. Although room where clean and had good WiFi free parking along with close to the airport

Clean room, very comfortable and spacious. Rewards member so was able to check in early for free. Hotel gives vouchers for breakfast at Dennys across the parking lot. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Very quiet with good parking. We loved this hotel and will stay again when we come to Spokane.

Friendly staff, comfortable room. The option to leave my car and the airport shuttle was extremely helpful.

Charging for an early check in is in poor taste. The pillows were not comfortable nor high quality. Room was too hot and very dry

We had an amazing stay at the Davenport Grand Hotel in Spokane! From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like a high-class experience. The hotel itself is impressively large and beautifully designed, and our room was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The service was absolutely 5-star. The room is super spacious and the design is so energetic and happy. I like the fact that even housekeeping is automated here. I wish they had better dining options and better pillows. However, its locations and good staff made the experience much more comfortable. In this cold weather, staying in a red-theme hotel feels like being in tropical!

Our top hotel EVER! Friendly check-in. Room was very spacious. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Walkin shower superb. Hotel restaurant great for bite and a drink. Has a parking garage that is convenient and easy to get to. Location is walkable to everything. We did use a co-operate discount but we have stayed at lesser hotels and paid much more.

Excellent location right down down , short walk to the convention center. Near to lots of cool coffee shops (indaba), bookshops (Aunties bookshop...5 *) and cafes (Madeleines). A beautiful hotel in a wonderful area! It was walkable to pretty much everything we needed. The front desk staff were wonderful and kind. Only real issue we had was that the temperature control was lacking -- we like to sleep in the cold and unfortunately the A/C can't keep up, so it made for a bit of an uncomfortable sleep. Otherwise, the space was wonderful and it was definitely our favorite stay...

The front desk receptionist when we checked in late at night was great! He not only encouraged us to explore the unique hotel but provided us with the history of the building.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Manager Angela was very helpful and took time to help when needed. Dining room staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Parking was easy to get to and had a place for disabled drivers.

Pros: Staff, good lounge and friendly bartenders, good drinks, spacious rooom, comfortable bed, big tv, very quiet. Only stayed 1 night. Cons: small bathroom no counter space. Needs some brighter lighting. Very old hotel, could use some room furniture updating but for one night it was fine and the price was good. Parking garage about a couple blocks awayi but street parking available by hotel

The Club is always a fabulous place! The cleanliness, the staff, and location are what all keep us coming back!

On short planning, Spokane Club was very price friendly. Room had a very comfortable King with lots of pillows. Very handy location if you need to be near downtown for business.

Room was okay with the exception of the numerous hairs on my sheets that weren't mine. Shower was very good, nice pressure and the bed was comfortable. Didn't have the free breakfast or the nightly entertainment package that I was obligated to pay for. Didn't feel comfortable walking around after dark due to high homeless numbers in the area.

Room smelled. Staff was pretty cool. Unsure if I'd book & again but location is great though...

I’ve stayed twice already and would recommend over and over. I actually just booked for February for my daughter and her husband as a little getaway. Love the location, staff was really friendly, room was great ,breakfast was good and is conveniently located to so much with in walking distance. I will be back again that is for sure. Thank you for providing such a good experience.

Service was great from both the front desk person and the bartender, but the building and room itself is very outdated. I thought it was odd that they had ear plugs for guests in the room, but during the night and into the early morning u quickly realized why! Not only are the walls "paper tub" the stove around the complex abs from other rooms actually reverberates throughout your room! Foot steps...

Room and staff were fine, but they held half of my deposit with no receipt provided to the email I gave at the front desk explaining the charges, I did park onsite but was told it was free, not sure what I was billed for. Not a good business tactic, I won't be back because of this
