Stayed there from 3/3- 3/18. Cleaning and was an issue. Room smelled like feed. Tried to change my room several times but supposedly there was no other room available. Carpet was washed but didn't help the smell. The noise level on weekends was another issue. Breakfast was good, and the service staff was great too. Front desk was professional, but not very friendly.
Im not sure why there are negative reviews this place was wonderful!!! Great convenient location to the arena just a short walk easy access to restaurants. Price was a little high but you pay for what you get. Great place would stay again! Had a downstairs room with a sliding door so convenient with a bar for security. Stayed for our anniversary recently. Room and hotel was ok but nothing special. Ate at Spencer’s. Steak was delicious but ambience a little dark for us. Disappointed there was no view of river. All in all, it’s average and our overall experience was a little disappointing.
Was very convenient to go see Hamilton. Parking at the hotel was expensive. Would be nice if parking was free since the price of the hotel is high.
Nice, but those elevators… We were only there for a night and basically just to sleep and shower. The people were great. The elevator situation, however, was ridiculous. Even at 11pm when we returned, it was chaos. When I asked where the stairs were so we could walk to our 6th floor room, we were told that there was no access “for the safety of our guests” at night. E aureus about 15 min for an elevator...
Our Stay Our stay was great, really. We stayed in a corner room that was very nice! The stairwell nearby not so great…..very noisy when someone used it, which seemed to be quite often, lol! The only other thing we could have used was a blanket for the bed. We ended up turning up the heat, bit an extra blanket would be nice.
Room Shower was awful and room not very spacious but excellent river view and close to every thing also be prepared to pay 25 dollars a night for parking
The carpet in the room smelled. On the second day of my stay, my skin became allergic. As for the facilities, there are gyms and bars. They are ok. I didn't try them. I didn't interact with the front desk. I'll give it five stars by default. By the way, once when I had breakfast, the yogurt was expired, and the waiter immediately gave me ice cream to apologize.

We did a staycation here and I was very impressed. We had a lovely suite with a gorgeous and comfortable king size bed. Soaked in a romantic private mirrored Jacuzzi with heat and soft lighting. Enjoyed morning coffee in our living room before a delicious continental breakfast and more fresh roast coffee. It was the PERFECT getaway and so peaceful and quiet.
For the class and age of the property, I was pleased with the value. It was clean. The beds, while not overly comfortable, were not as bad as some. The breakfast was a typical make-your-own waffle continental breakfast. The staff was friendly. A good choice at the $100 price point.
Our room was a motel room. Nothing special. They did have black mold around the shower dial. Otherwise very clean, service was great, and the food was selective, and plentiful. It would have been nice to have more fruit choices. I wish I could give it more stars but it was just ok of a stay.
Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and quiet! The afternoon/evening desk clerk (Gus) is very friendly, and happy to recommend restaurants, activities, etc.
Good, affordable place to stay for the night. Paid $70 for a 2 queen room. Clean and comfortable. Nice TV with a decent amount of channels to chose from. Layout of the hotel is a little strange and took a minute to find the room. Continental breakfast in the morning with eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, and various assorted breakfast items. Overall a great experience.

I was a little surprised about the $10 per person per night amenity fee, but I felt it was justified because we had access to a hot tub, swimming pool, and free parking at other areas of town. The stay was great. The room we got had a 3 person tub with a separate shower and toilet room. Dual vanities as well. The bed was comfy. The pillows were a bit soft. The only downside was the rooms had no Fridge or Microwave and parking was another $25 for self parking. For $400+ it should have a Fridge, Microwave and free parking.

Monet Grab Fees Hotel & rooms are very nice. However didn't appreciate having to pay an extra $25 to check-in at 3pm. I can understand that a room may not be ready but this was just a money grab, what's a traveler to your town supposed to do, quite inconvenient to do much with luggage. Also $20 "Destination Ammenity Fee"per day for services, as per management statement for WiFi, pool, fitness center...
Davenport delivers Friendly staff and convenient locstion. Have stayed at all Davenport properties here and this is the best.
The hotel is nice and priced fairly. However, paying an additional $28 to $35 for parking per day and a $15 charge for a small fridge brings the price to $275 a night. Starts to feel expensive
Easy walk to Spokane Arena. Shopping mall and stores close by. Pool on ground level for kids. Breakfast at hotel is good.
Less than a minute off the interstate exiting to get to hotel. Centrally located downtown, short walk to a number of restaurants, bars, and shopping. Great on site restaurant.

This place and staff was awesome! We live in Nine Mile and the hill into Suncrest was closed so we couldn't get home. Decided to just get a hotel for the night rather the wait it out and they were so kind and gave us an emergency discount! It was a relief to just hunker down for the night and not have to worry about the roads anymore! Thank you!
Quality Inn Oakwood was really great for what we needed. We were a soccer team from out of town, with 14 13 year old boys. The staff were kind and accommodating, the rooms were clean with very comfortable beds and the amenities were well appointed.
I travel for work and live in Hotels. So I don't say this lightly. This is the best Hotel I have ever stayed in for work. It might not be a tourist hot spot. But the customer service is an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10. Thank you Quality Inn Oakwood for accommodating me and my motley crew so graciously.

I was very disappointed when I went to the pool area and there was no hot tub. I had been waiting all day to get in the hot tub. I had never stayed in a hotel without a hot tub before.
Very close to airport. Easy to get in and out of. Staff was very efficient and helpful.

Suzie was amazing in the day time, and the evening desk lady was also lovely. Hotel bar is 2 thumbs up with amazing happy hour, food, and service! The rooms are clean, the bathrooms fancy. There is parking and an elevator, ice machine. Great location. And the food voucher for next door- the place had absolutely delightful food. Would 100% stay sgain.
Overall pretty good! Short walk to The Knitting Factory a little loud but it's right next to downtown Spokane so to be expected. Room was clean and comfy. A little bit deceptive though as it says free breakfast but it's one per reservation so if you are traveling with somebody only one of you gets said free breakfast.
AMAZING customer service. Parking available for very little cost, breakfast included. Any concerns I had I would ask the front desk about and they would deliver above and beyond. We forgot our personal pillows and they took the time over the span of two days to search specifically for ours and found them. So kind, and great people. Would 100% recommend.
The location and facility were clean and easy to access. Coming from retail I understand how important reviews and how they can help people make decisions, that being said, the facility, staff, cleanliness, and room were worth the price and the stars. We were very pleased upon arrival here. Easy to find location, near everything we could need. Did not even need to take the car, as everything necessary was really within walking distance. Apartment was clean and neat and everything they said it would be. We will stay with Turning Leaf anytime we have the chance. Great experience.

Great employees, easy to talk to. Rooms were really clean and smelled really nice. I didn't find a single hair in the sheets which really surprised me. I like the jetted tubs. I love that the kitchen came fully stocked with dishes. Don't forget to tip the housekeeper's. They work hard.
We were skeptical because we had not stayed or heard of a place like this BUT turns out we really appreciated our stay here. The staff was nothing but great to us, they assisted with some issues we thought we had ( Ethernet was plugged in the wrong outlet). Had an awesome stay here our water was down at our house for about a week or so so we ended up staying here for about 4 days. Had everything you need from free laundry to all the kitchen supplies you need. Very quiet we weren't bothered at all and they were super clean and well kept. Adorable rooms...So Pretty!!!! But hardest, most uncomfortable bed I've ever had in a hotel. I wonder if the Owner or Manager had tried those beds out over night if they'd still have them? I bet not. Also, need regular coffee in rooms and up front, not just decaf. And keep lobby coffee area stocked lol. LOVED the bar, restaurant, deli, meeting rooms, lobby and staff.
I stayed at the hotel, which was nice, and I was very impressed with the gym. It's an excellent gym. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. Beautiful facility. Very comfortable. Staff was amazing, and the rooms were very comfortable and reasonably priced. The only thing that could be better is the parking availability, but it's not a deal breaker. I would recommend parking in the garage, which is about half a block away. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again.
Location is great, friendly and professional staffs! The room is spacious and has all the necessary furniture and small appliances needed for a comfortable stay. Make sure you are in a renovated room, worth it and highly recommended.
