Hampton Inn Green Bay Downtow in Green Bay

First room door lock would not open. Desk changed my room, the app never updated so no digital key. Last day early AMwent to vehicle came back to room and door wouldn't open. Front desk couldn't open. Maintenance man struggled another 20 minutes to open. Flight home was in less than 2 hours. Fix the damn door lock system and do more updates. Fridge in room screemed all night, shower leaked. Never again if I return to GB.

A little good, a little bad. My wife and I stayed here over the weekend. The room was clean, beds were good. At check in I asked about getting foam pillows, the guy at the desk said he would take care of it. When we got back after dinner, still no change so I asked the lady at the desk, she said we have no extra pillows of any kind. So I had to go out and buy two, as I am allergic to feathers. Also upon returning from dinner, when asking about the pillows, she asked for our room number, we told her and she said no that is wrong, there is no one in that room. I said we are. She said the guy never checked us in. Sunday morning the guy was sitting on the front desk on his phone screwing around. He is not a great look for you Hampton.

Not a good stay. Went out to GB for a game, and have to say that this was by far the worst part.
We got to the room and immediately noticed that the room had an odor.... a funk. It smelled like something rotten. We went out to grab food and stopped at the desk to let them know about it. She assured us that someone would take care of it.
The next day, we went out and about for the late morning and afternoon. When we returned about four hours later, our room had not been cleaned or remade. A short time later, we left again to head to the game (Go Pack). When we came back to our room hours later, we found our door open/ajar, with the deadbolt out, which had to be done from the inside. Thankfully, we had our valuables with us and nothing had been taken. I went down to the desk to complain (now about midnight) and the girl at the counter seemed genuinely surprised. Our room had still not been made, and it still smelled. As I complained, she told me that there was no record of anyone being in our room for any reason. She assured us we would get a call from someone to at least apologize, which never came either.

The door issue was never explained or addressed.
The room was never made.
The smell was never addressed.

The staff was pleasant
The bathroom was clean
The location was about 15 minutes by shuttle from the stadium.
There are places to eat within walking distance.
