We had a great experience at this hotel for our quick overnight stay. We walked in to a very clean lobby and they allowed us to check in an hour early. When I reserved, I had a note about allergies and they assured us they took them seriously and offered to bring me to the room to ensure it was up to our standards.
The room was near the elevator, so they also kindly asked if we would like a different location. Noise was not a problem at any point of our stay, which was a huge relief with two young kids.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Really on par for a Hilton hotel. No strong scents or harsh cleaners was also a big plus for us.
What really made this hotel excellent was its location. It was only a few minutes away from every thing we wanted to do in Greenbay (resch center, mall, restaurants).

Apparently some rooms have been update in Sept of 2025. So make sure you request an updated room. Clean and nice staff.

Good place to stay close to stadium. Standard rooms. Bar/restaurant near lobby, expensive drinks and long wait for just an appetizer. Lobby and pool were full of kids, and they were running up and down hallways. So definitely not a romantic spot. It's close to other attractions and restaurants you can walk or Uber to.

We had a wonderful dinner at their Garden Grille n Bar Restaurant. It was my second visit there and neither time was very crowded. The guy bartender/server was very friendly and engaging. I have. credit card that has a quarterly Hilton credit and this is a great way to basically enjoy a free dinner. Worked out right before we had a flight out of Green Bay

Location and room was like every other hilton the staff here however were terrible. It started out with room service pounding on our door at 745 am. Mind you it is new years day. After about 30 seconds of her pounding on the door I tell her we aren't leaving till check out time and walked back to bed. She then starts vacuuming next to the door and mind you this is all before 8 am. We then went to go order food and our waitress laura was the most rude waitress we ever had. Will adjust this review based on what hilton does but as of right now do not recommend.

1st time staying here and was very happy. Rooms were nice and clean, team was friendly. Good location - several places to eat right around. Dining room is good! Got a great caesar salad with salmon for dinner and it was really good. Only complaint- breakfast. Hilton - you've got to get better and make some changes to breakfast!! Made to order is good (delicious omelette) but the buffet had eggs that tasted like they were made from powder and not a lot of options. Hilton breakfast is tired! Would love to see some options like egg white bites, mini quiches, something different!

Great place. First room i was assigned i wasnt happy with so i just asked for a different one and was taken care of quickly. Bar was nice and the fill in staff that was covering bartending was doing a great job - thanks Emily. Food was great, chef was taking care of anything needed even right at opening out of the gate. Used the hot tub and it was nice and relaxing. Even if I was a Bears fan - still got 5 star service.

Nice modern clean hotel and rooms. I have stayed here multipole times for work. The rooms are always nice and clean. They have a large desk area for working. The staff is always attentive. Also, the location is great becuase it is in the midst of the Green Bay Stadium area.

Would not stay at this hotel again. Had my purse gone through while it was in my room and money taken. Unfortunately, it is my word against the staff there. I did file a police report but I suspect I won't be seeing my money. Had to cancel all my accounts due to not knowing what else was stolen.

Terrible Experience at Hilton Garden Inn Green Bay My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Green Bay was extremely disappointing due to false charges and unhelpful staff. I was wrongly charged for something I didn’t do, and when I approached the front desk to resolve the issue, the manager was uncooperative and dismissive. Instead of addressing my concerns, they seemed more interested in deflecting responsibility. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and the unwillingness to correct their mistakes ruined my experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. A hotel stay should be stress-free, not riddled with unwarranted charges and unresponsive staff.
