My room was really spacious and one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've been in. The breakfast was great too!

Our room and the hotel was clean and customer service was excellent. We especially loved the pool area for my two kids (ages 4 and 10) and loved that it had a shallow play area. I was also pleasantly surprised that the hot tub was hot and spacious as well.

The two downsides to our stay was the bed which was hard as well as the breakfast. For the breakfast, the selection was very limited. There were toast, bagels, oatmeal, waffles and a few hot options (sausage, eggs and potatoes) that all looked tasteless.

Bed was too hard. Didn’t tell us time of breakfast nor where pool was and didn’t tel us we weren’t on the first floor. Also could t find salt and pepper anywhere at breakfast.

The hotel is in a safe location, with a large gym and two supermarkets next to it. The room is clean and has good facilities. It is about 7 kilometers away from Madison University and the city. There is free parking and ample space. There are several Hilton hotels around, each with its own characteristics and advantages.

Room 327 is located at the vent and is very noisy. Everything else is very good👌🏻

Very satisfied, the room is big and beautiful, the bed is big and comfortable, the breakfast is rich, and the service staff is warm and friendly.

The hotel is located in the west of Madison, Wisconsin, 5 minutes from a large shopping mall and close to the highway entrance. The hotel parking space is spacious and free. The room is spacious and bright, the environment is comfortable, and the lobby on the first floor connects the restaurant and the lounge area, which has a warm homely feeling. The front desk service is also very warm, and any problems are solved in a timely manner. I will choose to stay again if I have the chance.
