The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were spotless. The surroundings are very quiet and a great place to relax.
The staff were all friendly and helpful, and although I made a mistake and did not have the shuttle to the airport booked correctly, one of the staff quickly arranged it for me and I was able to get to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Thank you very much.

The hotel has a great location and convenient transportation. The hotel has a beautiful environment, the lobby is luxuriously decorated, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the beds are comfortable. The service staff are friendly.

I went Madison for strongman competition. The hotel have sauna room easy to cut weight. Impressive love this place. They still have cafe nearly the capital, downtown easy to find some food drink

The room was great, the stay was very comfortable, and there was airport pick-up service, which was very satisfactory.

This is the second time to stay. We are still as satisfied as last time, but when we finally checked out, we were not delayed for even a minute. I guess the room was too tight. The only thing that didn't feel right was that their hotel prices fluctuated too much. Forgot to take photos and had to supplement them with photos of their surroundings.

- The hotel is so outdated. It needs a significant upgrade. The elevators are slow and small. There is always a huge crowd waiting for the elevator.

+ The hotel was very conveniently located. I got a great deal on it through zenhotels! I also took a advantage of the pool, hot tub and sauna.

I was here for a work meeting. The lounge by the front desk was comfortable and fit a lot of people. Front desk staff was friendly and bathrooms we're close and clean. The meeting room was large, had a decent size screen, and the media hook ups worked great. Supper was served buffet still and the food and staff were both excellent. If everything else in the hotel is as good it's definitely worth 5 starts.
