Chlorine in the pool area was overly intense - hard to sit in there while kids played.

The hot tub was out one night the next night I get bedbug bites all over me and they didn’t wanna even compensate me or do anything about it until I called ******* and they got me all my money back for the last two days. It was ridiculous. It made me feel used when I went there.

The hot tub was not in working order. Called prior to arrival and they did not share this info even though bee specifically asked if they had a hot tub and pool. They were accommodating with early check in.

Clean and safe property. Check in person very friendly. Broken tile in the elevator no cover on the large opening on top of water dispenser that is out for public use.

Room was great. The fireplace was perfect on a chilly evening. It was clean and comfortable. Everyone at reception was friendly and kind. Breakfast was good, coffee was good. Overall a lovely stay in Waupaca.

Dated facilities with a mediocre breakfast and pricey for a dated hotel. The property is well-maintained and was clean.

Pool and hot tub VERY small.
But the rooms were large and very well appointed.

The rooms were below industry standard, the Ac/heat was filthy so when you turned on the air it smelled like mold.

This was a very nice stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the bed was super comfy. The room was nice, clean. There were some cob webs in the room but nothing too bad. The breakfast was good. Everyone here was very nice. Golfing was good too. The only thing was the women's tees were called the 'family' tees where other course have woman's tees and then jr tees. Not a big deal. Nice course. The Bistro had excellent food and people there were very nice as well! Would recommend it all :)
