The breakfast menu was fresh with healthy options fresh fruit
Chlorine in the pool area was overly intense - hard to sit in there while kids played.
The hot tub was not in working order. Called prior to arrival and they did not share this info even though bee specifically asked if they had a hot tub and pool. They were accommodating with early check in.
Clean and safe property. Check in person very friendly. Broken tile in the elevator no cover on the large opening on top of water dispenser that is out for public use.
Room was great. The fireplace was perfect on a chilly evening. It was clean and comfortable. Everyone at reception was friendly and kind. Breakfast was good, coffee was good. Overall a lovely stay in Waupaca.
Dated facilities with a mediocre breakfast and pricey for a dated hotel. The property is well-maintained and was clean.
