This a very good and high-quality hotel, even by Western standards. I was visiting from Europe and was positively surprised by how clean and modern the rooms were. The reception employees speak English and payment by card was not a problem. The breakfast was also good and there were many different choices at the buffet.

It seems to be the best hotel in the area. But for a small city, it's just so-so. The hotel readily agreed to my request for a late check-out until 2 PM, which was great, thank you.

The environment and hygiene are considered to be relatively good hotels in the local area, but it is not worth the price.
The facilities in the hotel can only be said to be neat, and the quality of the disposable items is not good. The water is very small, so I bought a few large bottles to make tea.

The hotel is fine, but BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE CHARGE, they have a bad card system and I was charged 3 times, thank goodness I realised the charges from my bank. Then the resolution of the problem was also very poorly managed, I was waiting for an hour and a half and they were not able to do it and I had to leave, they told me that it would surely be solved in 24 hours, 24 hours have already passed and nothing, I have had to write to them again, to see if they are capable, it is all a small disaster, what a shame.

Located in the center of the city. Interior is stylish and very clean top to bottom. Staff is very friendly and speak english & russian well.
We stayed with friends and they helped us to put the tables together and have a nice time with friends. Also they provided catering service as well.

Excellent hotel highly recommended. See the video for the menu, the reception and the halls. This hotel is better to pay directly to them. You will notice that the room cost $60 compared to 70 or more charged by booking, Agoda and others.

I have always said that Andijan is underserved in hospitality. Now this hotel is what Andijan needs and what it deserves. In many previous trips, I suffered in Andijan hotels. This time was excellent experience.
The hotel in the best location. Close to the “Yangi Bozor”, close to the train station, close to the airport, and to some of the best restaurants of Andijan. Staff are welcoming and kind. Service was very good in general.
