Grand Fergana Hotel in Fergana

The room is very spacious,High ceilings .Shower rooms is old but clean. Swimming pool is dry. Breakfast is good compared with other hotel in the region.But coffee machine is not working.

While visiting Margilan and Rishton, we stayed at this hotel, which felt it was located in the middle of a construction site.
Rooms were a decent size but minimalistic. The main complaint was the attitude of the reception staff, which I believe to be partly due to their English proficiency. As we had two young children with us, I asked if the 2 bedrooms could be adjacent to each other, but received a blunt 'No'. Luckily a kind lady sitting in the lobby came over to translate our request for a change in one of the rooms, which eventually was offered after confirming we were a couple and could sleep in a large double bed. Another small inconvenience was that the foreign exchange cash machine in the lobby was not working. Breakfast buffet choices were alright, with the option to sit al fresco facing the swimming pool if the weather permitted. What was interesting was that I noticed a separate table with differently prepared food all laid out for some 'VIP', who came in for breakfast with a small entourage, thus saving him from the hassle of getting up to select the buffet selection on offer!

The room is located a short distance from the center of Fergana. City park is very close. The level is almost three stars. Yes, the room facilities are a bit old. Well, but the gardens and swimming pool are very nice.
