This is a very nice local hotel surrounded by residential areas. The hotel is well-equipped with facilities and is quiet at night. The only problem is that the room is a bit small. Because I was riding a motorcycle, the hotel specially opened the internal door of the hotel and let me park my car. The service was great.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Friendly staff, always ready to help. Rooms are clean, bed linen, furniture and other equipment are new. Breakfasts are delicious, presented in a wide range.

This historic landmark has been completely renovated with a modern, youthful design, and the gray color scheme looks upscale. It's centrally located, surrounded by the business district and across from the post office. Download Yandex Maps to get around. There are plenty of shops nearby. There's a two-pronged charging station outside the hotel, a travel agency next door, and an automatic shoe cleaning machine at the entrance.

The lobby is spacious and beautiful, with a beautiful pendant light. Inside is a restaurant and a "hidden" barber shop, offering an upscale atmosphere with professional haircuts, perms, and dyes. There's also a large swimming pool out back, though it's closed for the winter until June.

The rooms are comfortable, with ample space in both the lobby and bathroom, offering plenty of storage. Each room has a balcony with a view of the surrounding scenery. The soundproofing is excellent, so despite the streetside location, it's not noisy. The bed and pillows are also comfortable, not too soft and high-quality, allowing for a good night's sleep. The environment is also very quiet. The bathroom has a bathtub, two shower heads, two toilets, a hair dryer, toothbrush sets, cups, soap, shampoo, and shower gel.

Breakfast is from 7:00 to 10:00 AM. The environment is very comfortable. We have a local buffet breakfast. I had a new dish: the finger-shaped beef burrito and potato burrito. They were packed with delicious ingredients. They also offer coffee, tea, a variety of juices, fried and boiled eggs, meats, salads, various cheeses, naan, fruit, and more. It's all-you-can-eat.

For those who love reading, there's a wide selection of books. On the third floor, there are two conference rooms, one large and one small, and a single king-sized suite that can accommodate 4-8 people. The bathroom, living room, bedroom, and balcony are all spacious, making it a great place for families or small groups of friends to gather.

Staying here is very convenient. You can save on taxi fares and order takeout online, saving a lot of time. I highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure.
