Affordable clean accomodation in very good and central location in Kokand. The twin room was quiet, though I think they have just one. They have laundry service for a price but no breakfast.

On the positive side the rooms were clean and within walking distance of the major attractions. Up four flights of stairs to the rooms with no view and window opening on to a passageway. No breakfast is a big negative.
All the hotels in Kokand are overpriced and represent poor value for money. Certainly clean and that was a good thing

Very nice and super clean bed sheets. Super white. The only disadvantage is washroom. Very small and since its just on the road little bit noisy . Rest perfect. We paid for double separate bedroom 25 usd .

Do not recommend at all.
The room was filthy; bits of plastic trash and chunks of hair on the floor. Walls had brown stains and looked poorly maintained. Bed sheets also had brown stains. The shower had visible mold!

Good place to sleep, the rooms are spacious, they have AC.
Under the hostel is a fitness which you can use. After 21:00 there was no noise and they respected the silence, the owner said that it is closed after 21:00. We had private bathroom. I think is a great value.
I went to the fitness for free, what is kind of cool (fitness is not top notch as in Europe for example, but you can do good training).

Dirty, noisy and uninterested.
- Dirty: The cleaning staff only cleans on eye level. For example, the bathroom has spotless white tiles at 1.70 meters, but below and above there's hairs, black mold and smears.
- Noisy: the road in front is noisy, the hallways echo, but worst of all is the fitness studio below from the same owner. Constant banging of dropped heavy weights and on-going loud music with wall-shaking bass.
- uninterested: No staff available on check in, had to be phoned and we waited for 20+ minutes. At checkout, staff was still sleeping. We left the key at the desk.

This location was amazing. Right below there was a small shop with almost anything you would need. The big market was a 10 minute walk and the beautiful mosques were about 10 minutes as well. Make sure your foods are wrapped or ziplocked. We had ants get into some of our snacks. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you are backpacking or looking for a central location.

Definitely worth your money. Nice people. Very good welcome. The girl greeted us with tea and fed us. Special thanks to her. We lived from Friday to Saturday. In the evening there was a disco on the floor below. If you expect to go to bed early, it is better to clarify. Looks better in real life than in the photo

Really clean hostel in prime location. Friendly staff, affordable prices, near the historical part of the city, safe neighborhood.
