Very simple hotel with outdated facilities, but acceptable for a one-night stop thanks to its excellent central location. Clean enough with basic breakfast and polite staff, though comfort and amenities are limited, better suited to short stays than longer ones.

The location is great, within walking distance from most attractions. The room was good, with all necessary amenities. The staff was also kind and helpful. It is possible to store your bag for free. The breakfast is good as well. Overall, a very good option (especially considering that there aren't many one can book online)

perfect hotel, not far from the centre of Kokand. Fine restaurant, very comfortable room and car parking. Unfortunately, we stayed just 1 night.

Excellent hotel just one small comment: coffees not included in the breakfast are extremely expensive, unfair price.

Very nice facility that I assume was just renovated, spacy clean well-maintained rooms. nice garden and good restaurant. Two issues prevented me from granting 5 stars 1. lack of elevator (carry luggage upstairs) 2. Coffee at breakfast is extra (40,000 Som and up)

We stayed one night in Kokand at this hotel, and it was very good, especially very clean, which is important for us. The breakfast was quite average, but the most important things for us were the cleanliness, the calm atmosphere, and the kindness of the staff, who were very helpful, and I thank them for that. If I were to come back to Kokand, I would choose this hotel again

Best hotel experience we’ve had in Fergana region. Clean, modern, spacious, and most importantly if you visit during hot months, a working AC!! We received a wonderful refreshment upon arrival which was perfect after a long, hot drive from Margilan. Chilled fruit salad! Gracious and helpful staff. We wish we had chosen Silk Road for the entire stay in this region. Also very good WiFi.

Perhaps your best choice in town including nice rooms, professional service, charming outside pool, tranquil garden, good breakfast and delicious restaurant. The waitresses could be a bit faster and more attentive, the gym is a huge disappointment, but the excellent locations will make it all up for you. Thanks a lot for a wonderful stay in Kokand.

Very recomended. They were doing some maintanance works in some rooms and it looked pretty fine. Breakfeast recommended also. One con: DJ music at the swimming pool, it looked like if we were in Tomorroland when we were there.

The staff were incredibly accommodating. I had them arrange transportation with a private driver for a day out to Margilan and the Q'um Tep Bozori (Sunday market) which was flawless and the price correct. They were also very helpful in arranging taxis whenever I needed them. Have a translator app handy. Some staff don't speak English and I don't speak Russian or Uzbek. It was the third hotel in Kohgan and was the best. The price was a little more expensive than other places, but the location and facilities were well managed and there was a staff member who was relieved.

Best hotel in town quality service and clean rooms

Nice hotel. Brand new decorations. Very friendly staffs. They helped us to change all the money and dollar changes, which is kinda troublesome. I would defiantly recommend them to all my friends visiting kokand.

On the positive side the rooms were clean and within walking distance of the major attractions. Up four flights of stairs to the rooms with no view and window opening on to a passageway. No breakfast is a big negative. All the hotels in Kokand are overpriced and represent poor value for money. Certainly clean and that was a good thing

Very nice and super clean bed sheets. Super white. The only disadvantage is washroom. Very small and since its just on the road little bit noisy . Rest perfect. We paid for double separate bedroom 25 usd .

Affordable clean accomodation in very good and central location in Kokand. The twin room was quiet, though I think they have just one. They have laundry service for a price but no breakfast.

Good place to sleep, the rooms are spacious, they have AC. Under the hostel is a fitness which you can use. After 21:00 there was no noise and they respected the silence, the owner said that it is closed after 21:00. We had private bathroom. I think is a great value. I went to the fitness for free, what is kind of cool (fitness is not top notch as in Europe for example, but you can do good training...

Clean comfortable rooms with friendly staff

Definitely worth your money. Nice people. Very good welcome. The girl greeted us with tea and fed us. Special thanks to her. We lived from Friday to Saturday. In the evening there was a disco on the floor below. If you expect to go to bed early, it is better to clarify. Looks better in real life than in the photo
