During snowfall, they closed all airconds. Which resulted the room to become hot because of constant heater running. Was there for night but couldn't sleep well. Gym and other facilities seemed like not directly accessible to guests. Wi-Fi wasn't working. Staffs tried to help but language barrier made it worse.

Very nice, clean hotel with good atmosphere.
Huge spacy room for triple bed. Great location.
Staff are very helpful and open for changes in case something urgent. Very hospitable. Prices are reasonable and affordable.
Highly recommended. Will come with my family too.

I wish I could rate lover then 1 star would put -3 . This is not a Hotel it’s a more of Motel type . Worst costumer service you can ever get . Book their Suite got some kind of room that I wouldn’t even pay $5 a night . Asked for their owner or manager but they never showed up or apologized . Went to Oydin Plaza Hotel much much better cleaner and better service and cheaper . Wouldn’t recommend to anyone staying here .

The hotel's location was ideal for us as it is located nearby our branch. I think this hotel is among the best in Namangan. The hotel rooms are clean and everything is sufficient. The staff are very kind and always ready to help.
Only one incident: the cleaning staff doesn't knock before they enter your room, and they don't ring the bell either. They enter your room and they run out yelling something I couldn't catch. While I was in the room, one of the reception staff entered my room and also ran out when I said I am in the room. They need to train their staff on this.
The breakfast is good, but they need to change from time to time. I stayed at the hotel for 10 days, and every single day they have the same thing. Also, they need to light candles bellow the food because they are too cold.
Overall, I recommend the hotel!

Pleasant hotel, nice restaurants, lovely rooms; good atmosphere, courteous, helpful and business like staff; premium service and all facilities well provided. Halls, committee rooms inexhaustible. Plus the hotel gets for you whatever you forgot to bring. You would enjoy your stay.
