Smoking is not allowed in the room. There is no smoking area; you must smoke outside while standing. Respect for customers. The Wi-Fi doesn't work in the room, it's very hot, and there's no ventilation in the bathroom.

So the service is a 2 on a 10-point scale, if you go out late for breakfast, they will leave you a piece of the buffet, but if you say that this is too much for you, they will say that they will give you an egg, the receptionist is very rude, you pay and wait for half an hour to get the check, they talk to you and then talk to someone else without solving the problem, in short, it's a 2-star rating... But I have to admit that the rooms have recently been renovated, but there are no small things that are necessary in the room. After this, I think they will conclude from the mistake.

Faucet didn't work, only shower. The cistern of the toilet did not hold water, water flowed in the toilet all night! As well okay .

Nuuu what to say thank you Namangan for a wonderful holiday. The hotel is for the middle class so to speak, the rooms are clean, the staff is sociable. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and direct access to the city. I took a single room, it was 210,000 soums, they dropped it to 150,000 soums. So guests citizens of the Russian Federation and other countries feel free to ask for a good hotel discount!
The only negative I can say is that sometimes they do not accept card payments. Better give them cash.
