A good hotel. The price was reasonable and the facilities were great. The receptionists were very kind and spoke great English, and were extremely willing to help. Only problem is that the wifi doesn’t work in the room, but you can sit in reception to solve this.

The worst hotel I have visited in all my travels around the world

My husband and I called this hotel to book a room for a night with our baby. We explained clearly that we are a married couple and local residents of Namangan, simply needing a place to stay for a night.

To our surprise, the staff said, “We don’t allow people from Namangan to stay here.” This was extremely shocking and felt like open discrimination against local people.

We are not tourists, but we are respectful, responsible residents with a small child. Why are we being treated like we don’t belong in our own city? There is no law that bans locals from staying in hotels — this is an offensive and outdated policy.

If you’re from Namangan, be aware: you may be refused simply for being local. This hotel clearly does not understand the meaning of hospitality.

Very disappointed. Never calling again.

I called this hotel to book a room for myself, my wife, and our baby. We are from Namangan and needed a place to stay for personal reasons. To my shock, the hotel staff said they do not allow local residents to stay — even a legally married couple with a child.

This kind of discrimination against local people is unacceptable and makes no sense. There is no law in Uzbekistan that bans locals from staying in hotels, especially families. I felt deeply disrespected and disappointed.

If you’re from Namangan, be careful — they might treat you as if you’re not welcome in your own city. Very unprofessional and outdated policy. I hope the management reconsiders their approach to local customers.

I spent one night here. and that was enough to keep me from coming back. First of all, the water in the bathtub was not clean. as if that wasn't enough, when I tried to take a shower in the morning, there was no water at all. They solved the problem in 2 hours and provided water. There is also a good side, breakfast. Employees are polite.
