I stayed at the hotel while it was under construction, and while I appreciate that it’s still open for guests, the service was a bit slow. The room was clean, but there was an unpleasant odor, and I noticed there’s no extractor fan in the toilet.

Just amazing. I recommend it.... Ask for Abror and Jawahir at the reception, they are wonderful people who will help you. The breakfast is a buffet.

A fantastic hotel with brilliant facilities alongside very helpful and attentive staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Firdavs hotel and would recommend for anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay in Navoiy.

Service below zero. The hotel specialists could not get Internet via Wi-Fi, the TV does not work. The beds are separate, although we notified that we were coming with my wife. There were 2 bottles of water in the room, one of which was opened. Outlets dangling
