We stayed for a wedding. It’s an okay hotel, beds rock hard, but that seems usual for Uzbekistan. I advise you to examine your room before agreeing, especially the bathrooms. Some are great, but some are laughably odd. In some the toilet front is 3 inches from the shower, which means you can only sit on it sideways. In some, the sink is 3 inches from the shower, so you have to lean over the sink...

This is a great place to hang out with family or friends, I personally came with friends for our friend’s birthday. The dishes are very tasty, both national and European, the prices are affordable, the staff is very polite, they even came and congratulated my friend, it was very nice, the music is calm, you can’t hear any extraneous noise, although there are a lot of people

The environment is very sophisticated and it looks like it has been carefully designed, which makes people shine.

This hotel is really not worth the price! The service is average, the location is OK, but the hygiene is not very good, there are unknown stains on the floor of the shower room, the breakfast is okay, there are no green vegetables. In addition, there was no water in the room, and he was not given two bottles of water.

Quiet, comfortable room with all the amenities you would expect. Very friendly staff at front desk and Restaurant. I did not eat lunch or dinner here but the buffet breakfast was fine. A good place for a short stay.

Stayed here on a business trip, rooms we’re clean, and staff was great. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent as well.

I just been there for dinner and lunch. The food was so good , Hotel has Turkish chef Bülent and he is doing good turkish cuisine. If you wanna try Turkish food in Navoi this is your place for sure. Try Lahmacun that you may not even find this lahmacun taste in Turkey.

One of the best hotel in Uzbekistan. Staff are so friendly and gently and breakfast are so fresh and gorgious. Dinner in restaurant is also tasty. bath room is a little bit small.

It is good to have a that much high quality, decent hotel in Navoi. Clean and spacious rooms. Nice and experienced staff. You can easily find different delicious cuisines in the restaurant. And they are well prepared for the pandemic.

The hotel is on a quiet street close to the center. Everything you need is available on the street. The staff is friendly and helpful in every way.

Maximum Hotel

The room here is seriously huge! It's so big that the only problem is it takes a while for the air conditioner to cool down haha. Still, the pool is awesome! It's the best!!

We stayed for one night and our whole experience was amazing, very nice rooms and good prices. Special thanks to Anna and Sanjar who went above and beyond to help us!

Very good hotel but there is 1 minus and it's about sockets.

Nice hotel in the capital of minerals rich Navoi province of Uzbekistan. A little off the way from the city center, but the hotel is very nice that offers all necessary amenities and the tariff is very affordable. Internet connectivity is good, as also breakfast. Complimentary water bottles, tea sachets, and electric kettle. A set of good furniture pieces. Staff English speaking and helpful.

The impression is normal, I liked it. At the expense of sockets, they are located, not where they should be.

Everything is fine, but the sockets in the room are not where they should be.

The room was very basic, perfectly worth the price. It had everything you need, including a tea set, cable TV with a wide selection of Russian channels, a split-system air conditioner, and daily cleaning. It was quiet. It's best to arrive early for breakfast. The staff was very polite and helpful. There's a bank in the same building, with currency exchange, and a 20-30-minute walk to the Kassym-Sheikh...

Good staff. But the bathroom needs to be fixed. But PS5 attacks are awesome

Price is affordable for every visitors and there are more cost facilitys

I was on a business trip and got a help from a colleague to book because they're not vastly available across different travel websites. It's an old hotel with decent room. It's still a work in progress, facilities are OK but don't expect international standards. Only had breakfast in the hotel and the menu is very much local.

The major renovation is in progress in this hotel which creates inconvenience for guests. One of the few decent places in town to stay at. Hotel is a good place for arranging seminars.

Just amazing. I recommend it.... Ask for Abror and Jawahir at the reception, they are wonderful people who will help you. The breakfast is a buffet.

I stayed at the hotel while it was under construction, and while I appreciate that it’s still open for guests, the service was a bit slow. The room was clean, but there was an unpleasant odor, and I noticed there’s no extractor fan in the toilet.

I put a review for my leader, who was in Navoi, at the Firdavs hotel from June 3 to 10. All the staff were very responsive, sociable, the hotel itself also liked.

Excellent quality of service and delicious food

A fantastic hotel with brilliant facilities alongside very helpful and attentive staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Firdavs hotel and would recommend for anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay in Navoiy.
