Stayed here on a business trip, rooms we’re clean, and staff was great. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent as well.

Hotel was clean, modern, new, and very luxurious. Great (large) breakfast buffet with good coffee. Spa. Clearly the best hotel in town. But I can't say enough about the helpfulness of Farrouqk at the front desk. He helped us get rooms for colleagues at a busy time and later helped us to find and book a car and driver to Tashkent during a holiday period when all the trains were full. He was incredibly kind and professional and went the extra mile to see that our every need was met. We will ensure our company always books this hotel for trips to Navoi in the future.

I just been there for dinner and lunch. The food was so good , Hotel has Turkish chef Bülent and he is doing good turkish cuisine. If you wanna try Turkish food in Navoi this is your place for sure. Try Lahmacun that you may not even find this lahmacun taste in Turkey.

One of the best hotel in Uzbekistan. Staff are so friendly and gently and breakfast are so fresh and gorgious. Dinner in restaurant is also tasty. bath room is a little bit small.

We have had a dinner in the hotel's restaurant. All Food was delicious. I called the chef for thanks he came and i surprised he is turkish.his name is Bülent i thanked Hım for delicious dinner. I recommend people whi will go uzbekistan and Want to stay somewhere find grand m hotel and stay there. After that go restaurant and try Bülent chef's baklava and kebaps. Thank you Bülent for everything

It is good to have a that much high quality, decent hotel in Navoi. Clean and spacious rooms. Nice and experienced staff. You can easily find different delicious cuisines in the restaurant. And they are well prepared for the pandemic.
