Sanatorium Sevarsoy in Chimgan

Nice place but worst staff. We asked the security guard in the entrance where we can find toilet and he point their toilet which is next to their office so most probably that’s their toilet we are thankful for that but when we get out he asked for 6k som each and end up paying 12k som both. You welcome tourist but you end up scamming them.

I was here for the first time recently.

The place is truly beautiful: snow in winter, mountain air, and picturesque views.

Unfortunately, that's where the positive impressions end.

The pool water was too hot and dirty.
The entrances and approaches to the building are paved with smooth marble, which becomes extremely slippery and unsafe in winter, when there's snow and ice. Carpeting is only on the main staircase and is often hidden by snow; other areas remain very dangerous.

The payment process is opaque, and there's no clear, fixed pricing system.

The staff demonstrates a lack of customer focus. Upon check-in, I asked in advance for clean linens and towels, as I was a new guest in the room. Despite repeated requests, I was told that "everything is in the room," ignoring the fact that I was a new guest. A towel was only provided on the last day of my stay.

The administration demonstrates no skills for constructive dialogue or conflict resolution, leaving an extremely unpleasant impression.

Overall, given this level of service and organization, the place does not meet expectations.

Their website mentions they have four restaurants, but when we stopped by for dinner, we weren’t allowed in. Very disappointing experience.
