Not very good place, staff is rude, especially management. They don't know how to communicate with customers. I had a problem with the Internet that didn't work at my room, I asked from director he rudely said that's all we have.

The employee's attitude is 0%, he came to see the place, he was sitting on a chair with a lot of people, he was picking flowers, now he is playing with his phone in my bed, and he is also talking about how his seven clients are so busy that they are so busy.

Highly recommend Sanatoriyasi Zarkent for all UAE residents!! Quiet place, and tasty food and very professional staff. New place with good decorations. If you need hotel with strong medical treatment, then you must to come here.
