The sanatorium is terrible. It's an old building, and the treatments that are okay are all paid for. The pool is terrible, the area where the water treatments are held needs renovation, the grounds are unkempt, and only the area near the administration building is in decent condition. At the concert site, they installed lamps on four large trees, pre-growing the trunks for them, and then paved the tree itself. The food isn't great either. The only positive is the staff; everything else is bad.

It doesn't meet the requirements at all, terrible service, long queues for treatments, poor quality food, dirty rooms, the pool is disgusting and smelly, the management doesn't monitor cleanliness and order at all and doesn't care about vacationers. Frankly, we really regretted it, I categorically do not recommend it to anyone who respects themselves!

Honestly and frankly. Terrible service. Starting with the lack of available seats. We arrived on July 13, 2025, with a travel voucher, and it turned out there were no available seats; we were assigned seats in the lobby. The lack of organization starts at the top! The trade union and the administration of the Botanical Sanatorium don't work together... Zero organization and oversight. The union just wants to rip off simple, naive people. But how patients run amok here and don't care.

Accommodation is possible with children, provided that the children are already 4 years old. For people whose age has passed the retirement age, a special building has been allocated where they can communicate together, gathering in spacious foyers. Holidays in Uzbekistan will certainly benefit every visitor.

We rested in mid-October 2022. We stopped at building 7. The treatment was intense, we managed to complete the treatment before lunch, and the second half was devoted to excursions, the pool, the water was not cool. The staff is responsive, they will always come to the rescue and will understand your situation. The room was cleaned every day, quickly and efficiently. The food is excellent, varied.

I liked the botanical sanatorium, but I have some objections. Employees spend a lot of time talking on their cell phones "or so I thought" paid services are expensive. "VLOG 50 THOUSAND FULL MASSAGE 100 THOUSAND AZON 40 THOUSAND SPINE ELONGATION 40 THOUSAND". No one asks the vacationers whether they took the lichens at night or during the day, how it affects them, what they don't like, and whether they have any complaints. Not to mention the food, it's delicious and there's enough concerts, it's a great day. One more request, vacationers and workers should walk quietly and without dragging their feet. The air is clean, calm and peaceful place. Many services are paid, services should be free.
