Hilal Hotel Tashkent in Tashkent

EDIT: After several days I posted this review, a guy contacted my Telegram personally and claimed he's one of the admins of this hotel.
He asked me to delete this review "for his future".

It may relatively seem ok as a hotel for a short business hotel among accommodations in Uzbekistan, but it's far from expectation for the price. They don't have very basic mindset to serve guests nor equipment/operation for safety.

- They handed over my room key to another guest for some reason. The poor gentleman had to step into my room while I was sleeping at midnight and got screamed at. The front desk never even apologized or explained what exactly happened until I asked for it.

- Rude front desk staff. I've never been treated like this by any other person working in a service industry in any country.
They are not professional hotel persons but are just high school boys randomly pulled in from the street.
Some didn't respond to what a guest said if they didn't like it or her (I was just asking normal stuff like "is it a registration strip?" "I thought I could pay with cash?").

- The room temperature has risen when I came back from a day trip.
It was like 35℃ and the reaction of the front desk when I claimed it to them was like "so, what do you want?".
They said it's unavoidable because their central heating system worked as long as they didn't turn the whole of it off (And they didn't even think about doing so).
I have to add they promised me to send an engineer over to my room and they didn't even tell the central heating stuff to me until I asked when the engineer would arrive after 40minutes.

- At the washstand in the shower room on the 7th floor, hot water comes out from the blue tap and cold water from the red one.
I was about to get burnt. Just fix it.
Both of the shower taps in the same room indicate "cold" and you have to bet your skin on which is for hot water.

- They canceled my booking on the booking platform which I booked my room through after I paid whole charges and checked out saying "she didn't show up". I hope they didn't do it to avoid to get a negative review.

Very poor no ac no service no food no water its a 3rd grade hostel converted to hotel dont judge by the appearance in Indian this type hotel you will get 200 per night
