All services were great. I tried SPA treatments many days with Irina, she is very professional, kind and work from her heart. The quality of her work is very high and she wants to make sure client is happy and very satisfied with the service.

The bed was very comfortable. The layout of the hotel entrance made it difficult to find the entrance after calling a taxi.

This photo isn’t of my bathroom, but a reflection from the mirror! That’s how spotless the cleaning is by Dilnoza from the crew. I walked in to work while they were cleaning and she was super conscientious to not disturb my daughter, even put for her a kids’ TV channel. Breakfast was wholesome, restful linen. Intercon is a newer building but the service here is superb.

Although the staff strives to excel, the hotel still struggles to deliver a truly 5 star experience. The hotel is old and there are smelly carpets everywhere (in the rooms & floors). We needed to change the room because the window could not be closed anymore. In the second room there was no soap. There are a lot of better options around in Tashkent. Dont choose this one.

Convenient location in Tashkent. Bus and metro nearby, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets not far either. A small room, but perfectly fine for a solo traveler.

The location is within walking distance to the Temur Square and the Museum. The breakfast is presumptuous and the restaurant which opens 24 hours provides excellent food. Last but not least the front desk staff are very helpful

Great place to live. The hotel is new. It's clean. The rooms are huge and clean. But for some reason I don't get as to why the bathrooms is so small as compared to the room. Great hotel, 5+, clean, large wide corridors, huge studio room, friendly staff. At the reception we asked to extend the room for 2 hours, because the flight was at 5 pm, they extended it for us free of charge and without problems! Nice large rooms with comfortable beds. The only issue is a very high bathtub to get into with no safety bars. Staff are very polite and helpful. Location is by a busy street but walking distance from some key sites and restaurants- ask staff where to cross the roads before you venture out, there are elevated or underground passages.

Four-star old hotel, excellent location, next to the Ferris wheel, friendly service staff, take the initiative to help you carry the box. Facilities are a bit poor, the room is a bit small, the price is a bit expensive, other satisfactory, but the breakfast is not rich enough.

The hotel facilities were outside and it is in need of some renovation to bring it in line with all the other 4 star hotels. The breakfast selection wasn't that great either. The staff however were very friendly and in particular Mr Rustom who was very friendly and helpful - top notch and a great personality and deserves a promotion. He managed to get us checked in 3 hours earlier than scheduled.

The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The room was spacious and the bed was nice. Even though the heating wasn't on, it was very hot at night.

Old house, poor facilities, average service

I borrowed an ironing machine and asked me to put it outside the door after use. I put it outside the door after use. As a result, they came to ring the doorbell frantically at 6 o'clock the next day to ask me for the ironing machine! I explained that they put it outside the door the day before according to their request, but the front desk continued to call me to ask for it!

The hotel facilities and breakfast are very good, and the location is not too remote

Stayed at this hotel in April 2025. Overall, I liked everything. But there is almost nothing to eat for breakfast. I didn't immediately understand that you can call the cook and they will make you an omelette or fried eggs.

Nice small hotel now called Wellness hotel & spa. Good freshly furnished rooms with different room sizes available. Pretty good restaurant in the first floor, but unfortunately, breakfast is mediocre at best. Super fast services like laundry and dry-cleaning. One bad thing is location. Had about 48 hours in Tashkent before a flight to Nukus. Great spot to be for a day of exploring in the city and close to the airport for an early morning flight. Expect a taxi into the city to be around 60000 on Yandex and the airport half that or less. My flight got in before check-in time but they accommodated. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Highly recommend!
